  1. Great team goal. Nice football.
  2. After pretty much grinding to a halt a couple of months ago, the ICT Go Fund Me got a £20,000 donation last week, the second one for that value. Many thanks, Anonymous!
  3. Brooks scored another 2 for QotS on Saturday, so that’s 4 in 2 games for him ahead of facing us again this Saturday.
  4. Remarkably, Brooks has actually scored more goals FOR ICT this season than Billy has, 3 v 2.
  5. More remarkably, without our 15 point penalty we’d be level on points with Arbroath at the top, compared to the end of October when we were bottom of the league on merit ie even without the deduction. What an impact the change of manager has had. Well done SK.
  6. It’s more the case that this ref was incredibly card happy, the card seemed to be coming out even for simple fouls, as well as for some great tackles (which is what Billy’s seemed to be). On the subject of tackles, that was one of our strengths today, we were tenacious in winning the ball and dispossessing the Alloa players.
  7. Second half much more even than the first, but it would have been a bit of a travesty if we hadn’t won that match.
  8. We are playing really nice football and dominating, but without creating many clear cut chances. Need another goal I think.
  9. Longstaff still out then.
  10. FT, lost 3-2. Disappointing.
  11. So long as we score 100% of the game’s goals, we’ll be happy!
  12. When he was embarking on his career in journalism, he was a lurker and regular contributor to this forum, sniffing out stories and passing back the odd titbit of info that he’d heard from other sources. In fact I think he stayed in Inverness for a while and I got the impression that he would hang around in the bars frequented by directors and players. Good article, definitely worth a read.
  13. Noticed that Jamie McCart played for Hearts last week, after signing for them from Rotherham.
  14. But that’s Scottish Cup 4th Rou... oh wait, fine, carry on.
  15. If I am remembering correctly, the tie at Airdrie ended 2-2 and I think the home side needed a late equaliser. Airdrie were close to the top of the second flight at the time, highlighting what a remarkable performance (x2) this was by Caley.
  16. Barry Robson became Raith manager this week, and started off with a 3-0 defeat.
  17. So that makes it three consecutive generations of Bavidges who have played up front for Caley/ICT (Mitch, Martin, Alfie).
  18. FT 2-0. The 6 points are ours!
  19. Any decision to take on a new financial commitment is taken by the Administrators who have to consider whether it helps them fulfil their objectives and duties.
  20. Good riddance to our annus horribilis.
  21. I was wondering when we last conceded 4 at home - had a look back and it seems to be v Celtic almost 8 years ago.
  22. Yep, that’s where we are just now. And even if a handful of players would ordinarily deserve to be dropped after today’s performance, they’ll all be starting next week because they are still the best or only option we have.
  23. FT 1-4 and Cove should’ve scored a couple more. They were just better than us all over the pitch and our players looked a bit lost and aimless at times.
  24. Lucky to be 1-2 down.
  25. My wife did her bit to help club funds by getting me a home top and a new scarf. Old scarf has served me well but is getting a bit ‘tired’ after almost 30 years of active service and is going into retirement now. That scarf has been present at nearly all of the momentous moments in our history but I guess it’s a case of new scarf for a new era!
