2011/12 player stats
I take it that's the same kind of "passion" Neil Lennon shows. There's nothing wrong with passion and being desperate on win when on the field, but a lot of the time it's not just regular moaning, it's fits of rage which do no-one any good whatsoever. It also doesn't help his case when many of his own performances have been rather sub-standard this season. Sometimes players need a kick up the erse we've had plenty players down the years who did the same. It's nothing like Lennon? Whenever he has these "fits of rage" it's because of constant mistakes, misplaced passes, poor finishing etc. when we are winning this still happens its just the type of captain he is he is a kick up the erse type of captain. People moan about the players because they " don't have enough passion" but the players that do have passion ie foran are to passionate? He shows his frustrations on the pitch there's nothing wrong with that

King Kenny No More
No surprise millions of pounds on players that havnt performed feel sorry for him he signed players that played well for other clubs but not for Liverpool.

2011/12 player stats
Personally i view it as passion. He is desperate to win. He's always been a moody git on the park. He's not the player he once was but he's constantly moaning at players because he wants them to do better.

2011/12 player stats
some of the stats are impressive but theres alot more less impressive stats. i often take these with a pinch of salt but these highlight the issues we have. the top 5 players are the backbone. imo they are our most played for a reason. foran - not the best footballer but a good captain imo personally love seeing him give players a kick up the erse tansey - a 23 year old playing 35 games is always a good sign. hes proven he can handle the toughness of the spl this season next season hell get more chance to express himself tade - perhaps not the most technically gifted but hes a worker. hes proven many doubters wrong this year esson - what can you say? the best keeper weve had? probably and ross tokely - even with his injury problems earlier in the season hes still up there. our main man at the back this year. the rest have either had serious injury problems ie hayes, hogg and otj or havnt been consistent enough. the average age of the player i mentioned above is about 28/29? the rest have to develop and will develop into consistent per formers like the top 5

Youth players
Last season 7 or 8 got promoted from the youth system this season 2. It goes in cycles some years the youth will bring plenty of talent through other years Not so much. Nothing to be worried about just previous year were obviously better Remember some of these boys still have a chance. Perhaps some have lost focus and this could be the kick up the arse they need to get back on track

Chubbs
the step up from u19 to first team is to big. how many 18 year olds are actually likely to make it into the first team? shane sutherland, and gavin morrison are both players that have suffered because theyve not had much to do for 2 years. they arnt yet good enough for first team but theres nowhere for them to go. so what happens? they both get shipped off to elgin and iceland. costing the club money. 2 players with great potential are currently struggling because there is no reserve league.

ICT squad 2012-13
christ would be a great signing now if he got a cruciate injury perhaps it would only be a case of 3 day to recover

David Proctor has left the ICT building
Nice guy but injuries, and inconsistent performances have cost him. We can't afford to have a player who's going to sit out more games than he plays. It would be a disservice to him to keep him he should leave find a team where he's going to get a game and have a fresh start. He will do a job for another team. No shock for me and ive been one of his critics but i have to thank him for the good performances he has had and wish him the best in the future. After 8 seasons that's the Least he deserves.

Got to love the way it's "banter" when one of the CTO clique has a personal attack on a fellow poster here but were it to be the other way around I have the feeling warnings would be getting dished out . Doubt it. If anyone has a problem with what one of this "cto clique" posts there's a report button if they don't use it then why shouldn't it be seen as just banter.

Who should stay and who should go?
Meekings performance level has definatly dropped as the season went on. Recently he's definatly looked the weak link, but that's to be expected how many 19 year olds are there out there who are perfect. Piermayr can be either solid or terrifying yesterday he was solid. Away to hibs he was terrifying, and again that's to be expected as he is also young that's just our predicament we can't sign players in their peak because they are too expensive. Meekings will come good like he was when he made his break through. I'd like to see piermayr stay to be there to challenge meekings for that right back slot it makes sense. It's not broken so don't fix it.

Who should stay and who should go?
to us he is agent proctor.

Roman Golobart
Very politically correct. Not ruling anything out.

ICT -V- Hibernian
Tansey is top class at his best and frustrating on an off day but there's no denying his quality. He's young and the misplaced passes that he makes every so often are to be expected. But some of the balls he pulls off especially the wide diagonal he loves so much are defence shredding. over the next 2 years we will see him mature and these mistakes will be taken out of his game and we will have a quality player on our hands. He's been very impressive recently and earlier in the season he was them same next season will be his year. Hayes-the fact the Greg and ritchie both let him take the penalty unfortunately says to me he's leaving. A parting gift if you will, but I'm not giving up hope. Look at Hogg looked to further his career down south didn't work out and he re-signed for us. But if it is his last game hes leaving us with great memories, and the greatest of respect. He's given us so many great moments and goals. I don't think any of us will forget what he's done for us no matter where he goes. Both tansey and Hayes stood out for me today. Both were magnificent. Delighted to end this treturous season with a win. praying for a good pre season, some fresh faces but I agree with terry the majority of this squad is worth keeping they know what it's about and will be better next season.

Goals against
For me the improvement is down to more competion for places at the back. Williams, golobart, Tokely, meekings, gillet, shinnie, and piermayr all challenging each other to play well or get dropped for another one. The first half of the season we had less of that with Tokely and Hogg knowing they were first choice at centre half and the rest only there to fill in. IMO this has spurred the starting defenders to play well or they won't start the next week

CTO Player Of The Year - Roman Golobart
I've never seem a player adapt so well. He was thrown in at the deep end against scott vernon and josh magennis the day after he signed because tokes was suspended and he had a torrid time. But if I remember correctly he went on to have a much improved second half, and against killmarnock the next week he had a stormer. He had a few mishaps usually against Dundee utd but he's always bounced back and since January he's been superb. Well deserved from the most stylish centre half in the world. A talented player no doubt he's only going to improve. I really hope we can resign him. Well deserved

Trialist Match
from what i know hes currently playing for the st pats athletic u19's and reserves i believe and we signed him on a pre contract. from what ive read, match reports and so on hes got alot of ability and has had some good reviews.
-
Who should stay and who should go?
one tackle from tokely in training and his arthritus will kick in and he wont have any knees left. mind you on his knees he probably still have a better chance against and opposing centre half than billy, poor lad
-
Possible Transfer Targets
andy greig, and kyle white both look to me like they have quality, pre season will tell whether they are going to get some games next season, both have impressed me of what ive saw of them.
- Team for Hibees
- Shinnie named in U21 Scotland squad...
