  1. Thursday 19th - Muir of Ord v ICT at Muir of Ord, 7:30pm kick off We're playing a Sunday league team... on a Thursday! I'll be there, but can someone tell me what field we will be playing at? Wellies at the ready!
  2. Trialist (N. Novo) just came off the bench.
  3. What time does your train get in again? We'll be waiting in Spoons.....
  4. Heading with RedCard as well. Top Six, I think you should join us. Will wear the new Paul Sheerin charity t-shirt (if it arrives on time).
  5. Bought mine last night. Cracking t-shirt!
  6. Sorry mate but I have to disagree there. Stenhousemuir have made a statement, in colloberation with Doncaster, Regan, Longmuir and Co, based on a totally worst case scenario, in an attempt to find a way of saving a dead club. There may be clauses in some contracts but there is no indication, as yet, that those clauses will be acted on. When the clauses were set up there was no indication of anything that has happened. We are in a situation that was never thought of. It could easily transpire that the TV media will see Celtic v Hearts, or any other club, as being the new OF type derby. It may well be that they see pulling out as losing customers. None of us know the true effect of no Rangers. Not even the people who run our game. Stenhousemuir have very strong links to the former Rangers and are expanding the spin in my opinion. I have to agree with Alex here. They are also stating a lot of assumptions as fact. The last paragraph effectively states that they want Newco in Division 1.
  7. I agree - the problem is about half of the journalists in the central belt are fans of the club formerly known as Rangers. Most of the Daily Record journalists will also be fans of the club formerly known as Rangers. Spin, spin, spin!
  8. After reading Regans latest comments, Picard has a message for him.....
  9. I just came across this.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/18700590 After reading this, all I could think about was the Jean-Luc Picard gif! lol
  10. With Airdrie saying they will not vote, then this seems likely.
  11. But it's the best away day! lol The fans are all in the no camp - just the chairman who has let down his clubs supporters. Apparantly the hotel makes either feck all money / runs at a loss.
  12. Fairy nuff! Can we bring back Barry Wilson?
  13. But Doran naturally plays on the left wing... we need a new right winger...
  14. I'll be there in spirit. I'll be doing a 6 mile run to work tomorrow morning - i'll take a ball in my back pack and dribble the last half a mile lol
  15. Neil Doncaster is a ****. That is all.
  16. IF we sign him then it appears to be a good signing. I feel the same about David Raven also. The fact that Draper was the only player offered a new contract and rejected it means he must be worth something. Anyway, I heard he is seven foot tall.
  17. Is it safe to un-mute the TV yet?
  18. But Dundee managed to come out of administation both times - unlike The Rangers. As Fraz said, they've 'done their time'. Whether they used to be in administation or not should not even be considered. Falkirk, and Partick Thistle were in administration in recent years, and remember the 'Save the Staggies fund'! Maybe we should relegate County! Dunfermline over budgeted for the SPL last season - and by that I mean they were over paying their players. They missed a payment run to their players and blamed Rangers (oldco) for non-payment of tickets. But they had just received equivalent money for the unscheduled Sky match with us! Therefore, you could argue the Pars have mis managed their accounts. We won't be able to promote anyone at this rate. Bottom line - forget the accounts of these teams, Dundee should be next in line to take the place - if they still want it.
  19. Is Doran training again? He picked up another injury in the second last game of the season at Midden and then missed the last game. What about Hogg? Is he back to full training?
  20. I'll be getting a couple of wee kick abouts at the Shyberry Excelsior Stadium New Broomfield before the game as i've entered a Tuesday night 7's league with my work. We could also get a wee kick about the day before the game on the grass terraces at Borough Briggs?
  21. Surely it can't be long now! I'm guessing pre-season training is in skins since the training tops haven't arrived yet! Whenever the contract runs out, I hope the club ditch Errea.
  22. I still don't think we've recovered since losing Djebi-Zadi.
  23. Rossco put the O and Y in County!
  24. I notice that Donald Findlay is part of John Browns team trying to buy the club. Since Findlay is Cowdenbeath Chairman, is he allowed to be part of another club? I didn't think this was allowed in the same country. He also says that Cowdenbeath will vote yes to The Rangers being parachuted into the First Division. Surprise surprise. So what happens if he does buy The Rangers and they are in the same league as Cowdenbeath?! He surely can't be on the board of two clubs in the same league!!! Or is he planning on 'walking away' from Cowdenbeath?
