Right, after a succesful 'meeting' in the Alamo we have a name for our club. We thought we'd name it after an ex player and Juanjo was the most popular choice. With our tight squad, if we had fielded a strong team tonight and one potential starting XI player for Saturday got injured then we'd be saying that it was misjudged. The North Cup has always been U19's for us. Most of the guys playing tonight are the usual types that play for us in this tournament (as well as starting XI player Foran). Whilst it's dissapointing to go out so early, the Can Cans are a very good team. But who should we have played instead? The guys that will be playing Midden? We may have won the game but it would not have benefited our youngsters. This cup is ideal for the young players and they usually do well. They were drawn against probably the best HL team and i'm sure they gavce it their all.

Was gutted we didn't sign him after that game tbh.

As well as benefits of membership of 'Caley Jags Together' as a group i'm sure there's plenty we can do to help the club. It's also a great way for folk to make new friends, especially if you're not living in Inverness any more. There's a heck of a lot of Caley Thistle fans in the central belt and further afield and the more that have contact with each other, the better for the club.... Agree 100%. There's plenty of folk I know from different areas of the Highlands and Islands that say they are County fans (albeit they many of them also support one half of the Old Firm as well). When I ask why, most of the time it is because of County visiting schools and doing coaching weeks in different locations.

Dunno Bughtmaster. I thought it was quite an enjoyable game. I've seen worse in the SPL.

Does Brechin get the full whack of money or does it get split between them, newco and the cup sponsor There will be some sort of distribution. Not sure what the rules are for the Ramsdens Cup but even still, it will be a good amount for Brechin.

2-1 to the The Rangers / Sevco 5088 after extra time. Brechin City are a very organised team actually. The Rangers played trialists for the game that had already signed (can 'trialist' really be the right name then? ). A full house will be good for Brechins bank accounts, despit having to listen to all that vile chanting.

It's such a shame that a channel created to promote the Gaelic language has been full of sectarian songs for the last 90 minutes. I guess this will be the same when they show the other The Rangers games this season. Not what I expect to hear when I tune in to Alba.

Judging by Saturdays Pish and Dribble artcle, i‘m guessing that Foran will play in defence again for Midden game.
