  1. Why are plastic bottles deemed too dangerous? Next they'll be banning bovril incase it scolds someone!
  2. I agree with DD. Yes, we are angry with OTJ. Butcher was feckin fuming. He will be disciplined by the SPL and the club. But Butcher needs to work with OTJ to make sure this doesn't happen again. Maybe this was going to happen at some point. Maybe he has some sort of injury PTSD. Whatever the reasons, it was out of character, i'm sure he will / has apologised to the player, his team mates and the management. He will take the punishment and then with support of others will make sure this doesn't happen again.
  3. Not the best away day in terms of the surrounding bars. I like to compare the bars to the Alamo friendliness. Gorgie bars are not friendly at all. But the atmosphere is always great in the stadium. Top Six......... Grassmarket?
  4. Butcher has got the signings right this summer. I like every one of the new signings. There seems to be higher team spirit than this time last year. The only worry is that the squad is smaller than last seasons. We have lost a few good players but we have made solid signings and as a team, they seem to be better than last season.
  5. Great first 20 mins and then poor. We had plenty of chances though. Three tough games coming up. Play like we did in the first quarter all the time and we will do well. We need the consistency.
  6. HT: 1-0 FT: 3-1 1st ICT: Doran 1st Opp: Harkins Crowd: 4009
  7. Yeah they have a game on the Thursday night. Damn them for spoiling the Saturday football experience lol
  8. Moved from Sat 1st Sept to Sunday 2nd 3pm.
  9. The LRT is the place to be pre match.
  10. *independence
  11. I wish Danny would quit as well.
  12. Putting our differences apart , Please tell me how you get to the games on time, and how do you get home after an afternoon game. When I tried to get to the match on Saturday. The timetable meant I was in Inverness well before the game , and caught a train back after 6.30 pm Not very satisfactory so I used the car after that. Maybe I'm missing something? Have a few pints in the Caley Club or the Innes to pass the time!
  13. Booked the hospitality earlier. Looking forward to it.
  14. Unfortunately this thread took on a Separatist * dimension round about post #6, to which it has been necessary for a number of posters to respond. Before suggesting that the thread should return to its original theme of gold medals for Team GB, I would only want to point out on the motto theme that I am very pleased to be a member of the increasing majority north of the Solway - Tweed line for whom "Patria" = "Britannica". But to return to the Olympics - maybe we should mark Team GB's stunning success by adopting a motto for that as well. How about something like "Better Together" maybe? *Independence
  15. A reliable source has informed me that the bus for Hearts will be leaving at 6 am
  16. The police clearly need to raise funds to look for the chap that was walking in the woods suspiciously.
  17. ................... Well better get to bed, got work in the morning.
  18. I'm about to check my Euromillions............
  19. Libero: Surprised by the uproar that St Mirren fans are creating on P&B  It wouldn't be P&B without an outraged Midden fan!
  20. The bus will be delayed again
  21. I have been in touch with Juanjo. We have his endorsement and he's delighted to have the club named after him.
  22. Well since members of Juanjo Away are also members of Caley Jag Together, then yes we already have the invite!
  23. At least Midden can have a new Caley Thistle player to boo! It's inconclusive, but due to the Midden player not complaining with the decision, then to answer the question, imho no Draper is not a diver. Midden fans will be stewing away over this, jumping to their own conclusions but lets keep the positive support towards our players!
