Maybe we'll have a special cup final one. Heard that we are changing our badge for the final to a hand with middle finger extended, with "F**k You Celtic" written below.

Lets do what we didn't do at the LC final

Can we get ones with the middle finger extended instead of the index finger? Would be fun to test them out at Parkhead the week before. -

I may well be older, and indeed, now in the minority. However, the Scottish Cup final is a bigger deal for those of us who watched games at Telford Street, Kingsmills Park and beyond. Much of our core support are youthful and are a massive part of the club's future - they have grown-up with, and embrace 'social media'. But there's also a significant proportion who haven't. I heard about the twitter feed from the game on Radio 4 Sports desk - and believe me it was NOT complimentary! We were spoken about with disdain, and the chuckles of embarrassment were quite excruciating - and frankly, they were taking the ****. Sometimes, all publicity is not good! I doubt they'd still be calling us "little Inverness ceilidh" if we perhaps presented ourselves a bit more professionally on these 'platforms'. BBC pish reporting shocker. On another note, at least being at the game spared me Walker's commentary on Sky, I heard he was utterly seething. I may have said this before, but Andy Walker is a tw@t -
But I actually think that avoiding defeat against Utd and St Johnstone will be enough in reality.

That would give us 62 points, which Dundee could match....

We are trying all these songs out at Parkhead the week before the final, right?

To the tune of "That's Amore" When the ball hits your arm To much Celtic alarm That's Josh Meekings

Pity, I'd have liked it to be a conspiracy. It's a conspiracy to cover up the conspiracy!

Ridiculous decision against them in a big game involving Celtic? Maybe they have got their wish to be treated just like other clubs?

You can't just go on attendance - the stadium capacity is an absolute limit. The all Edinburgh final could easily have sold plenty more tickets.

If you take the start of Armageddon to be when Rangers entered Administration, you can add in two more cup finals. The 2012 league cup final, where Kilmarnock beat Celtic, and the Edinburgh Derby Scottish cup final. So if you don't care about the old firm, then Armageddon doesn't look too bad. Anyway, I don't get the fuss. It's not like it's the end of the world...

Not to Celtic they don't! -
I think that is over simplifying it, as St Johnstone are still a threat. The two games against Utd are an excellent opportunity to close them out. The first week in May is a big week - win against St J and Utd and we are probably there.

I believe they already have a plentiful supply of tissues at Celtic Park, although I may drop them a line to seek clarification

As things stand, we need 13 points to guarantee third spot (although I think it won't need that many). Fourth does not become the final Europa league qualifying spot unless we win the cup.

Does that honestly surprise you?

Will they also be writing to the OED to gain an understanding of the phrase "gracious in defeat"?

Probably thinks a Terry's Chocolate Orange and four Opal Fruits constitutes your five a day! You won't find him eating a chocolate orange...

I don't think anyone thinks we didn't get a massive lucky break, but the levels of paranoia and delusion in that post are frightening. -

Three starts, three goals, two against Celtic. That's some record! I thought his hold up play was pretty decent, apart from that one near the end when he trapped it further than I can pass it. The first half miss looked easier to score (from the other end of the park, admittedly), but all strikers miss them. Should have had a penalty too, but lets not be greedy, eh! -

What a day! What a game! Thought we started very brightly, but Celtic came back into it and we were under the cosh for a bit, but Esson came up with a few good saves. Thought that we might buckle when they scored, but we seemed to defend quite well, although Forrest was giving us problems (as well as diving a lot). Then the huge slice of luck - I still can't believe that ref, linesman and pointless ref all missed that handball. That said, I'm not going to get too upset at getting a bit of luck against Celtic. We started the second half ok, and then the game changer - Gordon made a late bid for the Scotland World Cup squad - the rugby World Cup that is - by taking Watkins out. Red card and penalty! Twenty minutes later, after Celtic finally found their substitute keeper, his first touch of the ball was to pick the ball out of the net. After that, I thought we used the extra man very well, and thought we bossed the game for most of the rest of the half. Celtic pressed towards the end, but their final ball was usually poor. And so to extra time. I wondered if we might regret not finishing it in normal time, but then Ofere popped up to put us in front for the first time. At that point I thought that might be enough, but the ref had other ideas, changing his policy of not giving blatant handballs to one of penalising fair tackles. Not sure if Esson should have done better, because it looked like the ball bounced right in front of him, would like to see it again. Thought we were set for penalties at that point, and when Ross failed to hit the target with the keeper grounded it seemed certain, but then the last man you would expect to turn up with a dramatic, late, semi-final winner ghosted in at the back post, and we were there! Every player in an ICT shirt was a hero today, they all put in a shift and stuck to the task in hand. One or two had sticky periods in the game, but kept working through them. No Warren in the final after his booking, but can Meekings expect a call from the Compliance Officer? If so, we may be a bit short at the back at the end of May b -
