It's on the BBC, so as far as Sky are concerned it isn't happening.

ICT in Europe
Fundamentally, if an unseeded team beats.a seeded team they assume that teams seeded status. It's the similar to what happened in the league cup this season past. Because the Huns were a round behind, they got our seeding when they beat us as the SPFL held the draw before we played them.

Inverness CT -V- Falkirk (Cup Final)
Watched the whole lot yesterday too. Despite the fact that Falkirk had the best of the second half, Esson had little to do, most of their shots were from distance. I hadn't realised how comfortable stoppage time was either. Certainly didn't feel like it at the time. If Falkirk had won the cup Grant was a shoe in for MoM - it could easily have been 3-0 at half time but for his tackles.

That's not a blunder. They are ahead of the news as per usual Aberdeen signing policy...

Any news on Watkins?
The cup final wasn't Oferes best game, but some of the pish being spouted on here is beyond belief. His hold up play has generally been decent, he might not be as good in the air as you'd think for his size, but has scored with some headers, not least the goal that qualified us for Europe. Ironically, some of the best worki have seen him do in the air has been in defence. I don't want this to turn into a n assassination of our squad, but all our players have short comings - that's why they were playing for us in the cup final last week and not the Champuons League final tomorrow. Doesn't mean they are useless though.

What doesn't help is the media constantly peddling the title challenge myth in their desperation to make it seem like there is a genuine title race. They would do well to remember that the only reason that Aberdeen were as close to Celtic was that other teams took points off Celtic - something the sheep failed to do at all. Indeed, Aberdeen were the only team in the top 7 who failed to take anything off Celtic last season.

You're not kidding about re-watching the game being bad on the nerves despite knowing the result. I watched Hunscene on Saturday night and I was still panicking when the equaliser went in.

I understand that players will move onto what they consider to be bigger and better things. In fact, as we grow our reputation for developing players and allowing them to move on,that should help attract replacements to the club. That said, it doesn't half cheese me off when they end up at Aberdeen.

Can't argue with those ratings. I saw elsewhere that Tremarco had got a 3 from some journalists. I thought that was pretty harsh tbh. Up until his mistake I thought he'd had a decent game, and once he let the ball past he did what he had to do. 5 seems fair enough. Or should that be rite enuff?

Talking about the BBC, I caught a bit of 5 live tonight, and they were talking about it being a bonus about some team being in Europe and how it may help them attract players. It then became clear they were talking about us! Great, I thought. And then Chris Sutton opened his mouth. He's still whining about the semi final! Apparently Meekings punched the ball off the line, and it was the worst decision in the history of Scottish football. What a complete and utter welt.

Ignorant and wrong? Well Chic should know it when he sees it! I too am happy to be ignorant and wrong.

Inverness CT -V- Falkirk (Cup Final)
What a day! Thought both teams looked pretty jittery for the first 15 minutes, but then we settled and created some chances. Was just starting to think we needed to put one away when Marley rounded the keeper and slotted home. We then pressed to try and get a second before half time, and only Grants tackle on Doran stopped us being further ahead at the break. Half time came at completely the wrong time for us! Falkirk changed their system, and we either decided to sit on 1-0, or just couldn't adapt to the change. Thought we might just hold on, but then the moment that changed the game. Tremarco with a horrible miscontrol that Alston was on to in a flash. Tremor I tried to recover with a man or ball tackle, upended Alston, and off he went. Watching the highlights later, it was the ricochet of his heel that did Tremarco, and his calf got a bit of the ball before he got Alston, but we can't complain about the red card. At this point I was hoping for an Easter Road-esque Alamo style defence, but eventually we cracked and Grant headed home. At that point I thought that there was only going to be one winner - and they weren't from the Highlands. And then it happened. Marley won a header just inside our half and went on a run. Vincent did a 100m that Usain Bolt would have been proud of to get up in support. I was screaming to Marley to square it, but he took the shot, which MacDonald in the Falkirk goal parried to Vincent for him to stroke it home. At this point I was convinced that lack of sleep had caught up with me and I was hallucinating. I thought Falkirk would get one more chance, which they did with a free kick, but our defence stood firm throughout the 6 hours, sorry minutes, of injury time. Stone me! We've only won the flipping cup. A huge well done to the players yesterday. We didn't play anything like our best in the second half, and the winning goal was more than slightly against the run of play, but what the hell. I think losing Raven was a double blow, as Shinnie is less effective as an attacker on the right. I felt for Tremarco, but it was a sloppy bit of control, and he had to make the tackle. It was always a red if he got it wrong. So the season of a lifetime ends, and we qualify for the Europa league twice. So how do we too that? By qualifying for the Champions League twice, I guess. Can't wait until the Europa League draw on 22nd June!

Scottish Cup (not) on Iplayer
Yeah, I found that a bit odd too.
