FORAN OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The way Terry and Mo left us shouldn't be forgotten, there wasn't an ounce of dignity in the way they acted. I'm not saying people returning to their old jobs is a bad thing (in fact it can be a great boost!), but they completely sh@t on us and I dislike that. The fact Mo is back doesn't sit well with me.

Charlie for manager?
Can we talk a bit about the structure of decision making? I.e. Bottom level is; Manager then; ?? then; ?? we need to understand who makes the decisions and who is in charge of the money. Please can everyone contribute to the club structure for decision making? The stakeholders have to be; manager, share holders, chairman, commercial manager, board members. Lets talk about who makes money flow where and why.

Maurice Malpas
He initially joined Motherwell as assistant manager to former coaching colleague Terry Butcher. Malpas became Motherwell manager in May 2006, following Butcher's departure to coach Sydney FC.[4] He left the club in June 2007 after one season in charge, having taken the team from a comfortable mid-table position to one that narrowly avoided relegation.[5] Malpas became caretaker manager of the Scotland under-21 team in August 2007, but missed out on the permanent position to Billy Stark. In January 2008, Malpas became manager of Swindon Town after the takeover of the club by local businessman Andrew Fitton,[6] replacing former Dundee United team-mate Paul Sturrock. Malpas was sacked by chairman Andrew Fitton on 14 November 2008 after a poor run of results and shock exits in the FA Cup to Histon and in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy within a week. He joined Terry Butcher again as assistant, this time at SPL club Inverness Caledonian Thistle [In May 2009, Inverness were relegated from the Scottish Premier League]. In 2013, Malpas moved with Butcher to Hibernian, rejecting the chance to manage Inverness.[7] Butcher and Malpas both left Hibernian in June 2014, after the club had been relegated from the Scottish Premiership.[8] HE IS NOT THE MAN TO SAVE US!!

What did people think about the defensive showing against County? How about Gary?

Club Video : Match Highlights etc...
Great work going on here guys! If such a facility was available I would love to have a 'watch again' facility for the whole match highlights. I always watch back the full games shown on Alba and I watch back the highlights on BBC, regardless if I make the games or not. I'm sure lots of fans must be in the same position?

ICT v Warburton & Weir Wanderers
Warren shouldn't come back in, he has been a total liability at the back recently. Same team and formation as last week

Keep Yer Shoes On
*bump Ladies and Gents, today was a great result against Hearts. There have been many times in our history where a draw against one of Scotlands biggest clubs would have been headline news, so let's celebrate that achievement. Let the great result today reinforce the belief in Ritchie and the lads. We have games against The Rangers and Celtic where we have no expectation at all and we already have one point in that bag more than anyone gave us credit for. Hamilton have: Celtic, Aberdeen, Hearts, The Rangers, St Johnstone in their next five games. I absolutely believe we can make up the two points difference to overtake Hamilton in at least these five games!

Team for Dungdee
I imagine Ritchie could register or play as a trialist, that was the case before as it was independent of the transfer window? Didn't Ali just transfer on the 1st of Feb? News on Sutherland hasn't reached Germany here in the 48 hours since then. Both suggestions are radical ill give you that though!!

Team for Dungdee
Assuming fit is this who we have? Foran Gary Warren Ross Draper Owain Fon Williams Liam Polworth Scott Boden Esson Meekings? Aaron Doran Raven Vigurs Mulraney Tremarco Tansey Horner?? McNaughton? King Sutherland Mackay Fisher Brad Mckay Cole Anier . Esson Raven Mcart Mckay Tremarco Doran Fisher Foran Draper Cole . . Billy Mckay Philosophy is akin to when Scotland ground out results against better teams under Walter Smith. Wingers stay wide. If you insist Foran won't play himself, then Sutherland starts for me instead. Great wee player from what I've seen and not shy at workrate, maybe a bit light but merits a start at least. Possible replacement in Anier.

Keep Yer Shoes On
Based on the poll about management we should definitely be keeping our shoes on. We as a majority are backing the manager and let that sound loud and clear. We are not at crisis point yet and we are all trying to live on a small budget to be sustainable. Keep believing, imagine ourselves pulling out of this situation and how daft you might feel calling for the managers head having escaped relegation. No team EVER escaped relegation by negativity, so keep the head up and dont forget that. Any business that survives adversity visualised itself in that position of better times. Think of the euphoria of winning the playoff. Positive and passionate grit is a very dangerous weapon indeed, so lets use it when we are given the chance.

Polly and Vigurs attitude absolutely REEKS. No place for them surely. Gary has been caught out of position and is slow to catch up time and time and time again.

Should Ritchie Play Himself For ICT
Ritchie was a leader on the field and renowned for his strong influence in a red and blue shirt. Should he play himself for ICT again or rely on his management ability from the touchline.

Hamilton -V- Inverness CT
I heard that the dressing room was flat about 4 weeks ago too. I'd play myself if I was in Ritchie's shoes, what has he to lose? He was a great leader on the park and this could give us the boost we need. F***ing boss them like the leader he was!!!! None of this restrained/reformed nonesense which he has developed. GET INTO THEM!!

Richie Foran comments on current situation
A great interview from Ritchie there. The only thing I will say is that "not too high or not too low" is also a management strategy but sometimes I feel that really celebrating success when it comes can have a bounce factor. Positive passion and a display of grit would be mirrored by the fans I'm sure. I remember his first win in the league against St Johnstone and the feeling I got looking at how he celebrated, ill be chuffed to bits if we beat Elgin on Saturday!

Defence blog post
Taking the figures at face value... Looking at the areas of the opposition goal scoring moves, it looks like we need a sweeper to cover moves into the 18 yard box. The figures don't reflect the number of times players are caught out of position resulting in a goal which I suspect might be a contributing factor, combine this with the "40% of through balls" fact. A sweeper might help this too. Our "defensive dual" success seems low for everybody so someone sitting deep would be able to double up on tackles would help this although at the expense of a deeper back line, Meekings would have the pace to track through balls more then any other options. Suggest; OFW Meekings Raven McKay Warren Tremarco Draper Doran Tansey King Doumbouya

HELLGIN AWAY
For those not in the know, we played County yesterday behind closed doors in a friendly...we were beaten 3-0 and comfortably. We will be doing well to get a result on Saturday but this will add to the atmosphere knowing how much a win will be worth to us. Lets crush them ☠️

David Raven
I wonder how much it would cost, over and above the boards ability to contribute, to keep David Raven for another season? Whip round?
