  1. C'mon ICT. Keeping the faith - one win at a time.
  2. T shirts ordered, hotel booked, tickets to buy tomorrow ..... roll on the Semi final.
  3. Not sure what planet I was on , but I thought that the game was on tomorrow and would have been there, until I saw this thread - a totally painless way to celebrate a win. Well done to all. I believe.
  4. C'mon boys - keep up the good work at tomorrow's game. I'm confident of a good result.
  5. I was wondering which of the seating areas will be the one to go for, with the best atmosphere?
  6. I still feel bitter about the push by Considine on Richie Foran in the League Cup final. I can still see it now, I was looking right at them when it happened. It must have been heartbreaking for Foran looking back at it, especially considering how his ICT career went downhill when he became a manager, despite having been well regarded as a player. It would have been a wonderful career highlight for him.
  7. Fair point 😟
  8. They do I expect them I just think people forget about all the injuries we've had, the budget (or lack of it) we have and just how tight the Championship is, but I BELIEVE.
  9. Next day now and I still can't quite get my head round it, but it's true - ICT shall go to the Hampden Ball! Yaaaaaaaaaaay! 🏆 So happy for Aaron that his testimonial will be an altogether jollier occasion tonight, because of the result - wish I was going. Congrats Aaron and have fun - you deserve it.
  10. Yes...... I must make my predictions (in memory of Mystic Meg) more often. Fantastic game. Well done boys. Well done Billy Dodds and coaching staff. Well done fans for your constant singing and support throughout the game. I can admit now that I couldn't face the cold tonight and watched from my armchair.....wish I had gone now. ICT are TITANIUM.
  11. Too right! If we don't have faith in our boys then what is the point in being a supporter? I think we will wipe the floor (icy grass) with Killie tonight and book our place in the semis. Get out there and enjoy yourselves boys and give it your best shot - you are bullet proof, nothing to lose, TITANIUM, as the song says.🏆
  12. I loved when the noisy crew were in the north stand as they g'eed the rest of us up to make a wee bit of noise, but I also enjoy watching their antics when they are on form (not so much lately), in the west stand. Keep on making a racket guys, for those of us that are getting too old and decrepit to make much noise nowadays. Someone has to teach the words to such classics as Inverness is Wonderful to the little fans.
  13. Brilliant to get the win. I think we forget sometimes just how tight the championship is and while every win counts, a single loss can result in a tumble down the table. Personally I find the jeopardy element adds to the excitement, but I feel that some posters get too irate when we are on the losing end. There is a lot of worry off the pitch at the moment and I think that the team can benefit far more from positive comments than insults. I know I am a bit happy clappy but I think a bit of praise and confidence in our team can go a long way. Hope todays win is the start of a good run. Well done boys.
  14. Well done boys.
  15. I agree. Hopefully the cup decision has given the team a boost. Get out there boys and gie it laldy!
  16. Early pitch inspections are common sense for all who have to travel far to games, but I'm not sure that the same respect is always shown to teams from the North when they are travelling south to the central belt for games.
  17. I'm quietly confident of a win. Come on Caley thistle.
  18. I love it! I just keep playing 'jeezy peeps' again and again - it is the mix of the quaint turn of phrase and the sheer disappointment that you can hear in the guy's voice - it just cracks me up every time.
  19. Bring it on.........well done boys!
  20. Hope Scarlet is well. He was very supportive to me a few years ago after a cancer diagnosis. I very much enjoyed the chit chat when I was off work while receiving treatment.
  21. This quote sums todays game up for me - it wasn't the most skillful game and we were outclassed in the first half, but I loved the fact that the team were so keen to have a go at goal this week, rather than time wasting passing to others and giving our opponents time to get their defence organised. Take your chances when they come boys and all will be well. Could another reason for ICT's outstanding win today be the return to the stadium of Lional Nessie? Great to see him/her on such jolly form and they could be our lucky charm.
  22. So sad. It really says something, to read about how few of the people who chatted with Kingsmills online, knew him in the real world. On this site, he seemed be known well by everyone, I just thought that everyone must know him really well. I suppose in a way we did... Rest in Peace friend.
  23. Less of the old please, but I am that person who refuses to be a slave to a mobile phone - although it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up in many aspects of modern life because I don't use a mobile. Bring back the programs please!
  24. Come on ICT - keeping the faith.
  25. He could do worse! There are some cracking footballers amongst the girls and boys at Dalneigh P.S. - ICT stars of the future perhaps.
