  1. HT 1-0 FT 3-1 1st ICT Oakley 1st Cove Megginson Crowd 947
  2. Full time 1-1.
  3. Currently 1-1 at Nairn, with them levelling an early Oakley goal. Largely a young team, with only Tremarco, McCart, Trafford, Elbouzedi, Whyte and Oakley starting of our likely first 18.

Thanks for the above advice, got mine today too.
  5. A 2-2 draw at Rothes and 4-2 win at Forres tonight. Jordan Whyte scored a hat trick at Forres.
  6. With Ryan Esson joining the coaching squad also (although I thought he was a player / coach), is he still going to be listed as a player, or will Cammy MacKay get a chance as back up keeper?
  7. I am happy with that. We have a back room team who live locally and want to be involved with the club.
  8. Trafford has great potential in the holding midfield role. Just needs to ensure he does not match Vigurs in the yellow card league! At Tannadice last season, he really looked out for Daniel MacKay in the warm ups and helped him recover the balls before they left the pitch. That impressed me, as he was looking out for the (then) unproven youngster.
  9. They did sort the tannoy!!
  10. Kenny Miller has been appointed Livingston Manager.
  11. An article on the Courier website says Elbouzedi was the best player on the pitch at "Kieth". We didn't see much of him last season. Could he turn out to be a great asset?
  12. We had a trialist called Nelson in one of today's squads according to the lists on the club website.
  13. Sounds like two 5-0 wins, including a hat trick for Daniel MacKay and a double for Zak Elbouzedi. Anyone there to comment on the new signings?
  14. The sun has literally just come out and we can see the Moray Firth now, so it should be an afternooon in the sun after all if you head there.
  15. Don't expect sunshine at Fort George in the next coup,e of hours. We are in Croy and it's not cleared yet with us.
  16. We are away to Fort William on 1 August in the North of Scotland Cup.
  17. We need a decent start, stay at or near the top, and be competitive so that we are in the hunt come April. It will be a tough league, but I am hopeful. A good cup run or two or three will be nice too!
  18. According to the BBC, as well as training at Fort George, Army PT Instructors are putting the players through their paces. Hopefully fitness levels will be enhanced this season as a result.
  19. I see the BBC website is saying Gary "opted to return south of the border".
  20. Gary has been a great player and captain for us and I am sorry to see him go. I hope he has had a fair settlement of his contract and goes on to do with Yeovil or wherever he turns up. Realistically, this has been inevitable for some time, not just when announced a few weeks ago and when we signed Jamie McCart, who I am delighted we have brought in. Looking at the first team squad, that is five out (Seedorf, Warren, Vigurs, Mulraney and Bell) and five in, almost straight replacements (Rooney, McCart, Beith, Walsh and Whyte). Not knowing much about them, other than McCart, I am hopeful we are starting with a stronger squad than we finished last season with. Time will tell!
  21. Yeovil would make sense if true, it is close to Bristol where he is from. I just hope he has had a fair settlement and is on a good deal with them. Good luck Gary and thank you for your leadership, commitment, passion and the memories!
  22. And this.....
  23. Hope this works!
  24. I was sobering up when they were entertaining the crowd on the Sunday after our cup win, and I've only seen the videos of them backing David Raven, particularly the moving "Stand By Me" which has perhaps greater poignancy after his contract issues with us. Anyway, they are supporting Billy Ocean tomorrow at the Leisure Centre, and we are going. My wife has loved their music tonight on line, even The You Tube videos of David enthralling the fans. Memories of a day we missed due to the amazing day and evening before (we can recommend a Greek restaurant in George Square but Wetherspoons did the main damage): she was there and has only been at one other game when we beat St Johnstone, so I'm encouraging her to take an ICT scarf tomorrow.....
  25. What's the big deal? It's a friendly so a big crowd is unlikely regardless of when it takes place, and it gives our team a work out against a higher quality side than the others we are playing in advance of the Betfred Cup starting.
