New ICT Podcast
Didn't mean to make it sound as if it wasn't interesting as the word waffle tends to suggest lol. I think anything over an hour tends to drag on a bit but if the subject matter holds the listeners attention then you're on a winner. The timestamps are very useful if you want to give the ears a rest and return to a particular section. Must say I enjoy the interviews with players a lot. The Wyness Shuffle is a great thing you do and keeps the likes of me up to speed with what's happening up there.

New ICT Podcast
Enjoyed that guys even if it did 'waffle' on for a bit long. Great to get the views of the chairman. Comes across as a sound guy and loves the club to bits. Had to agree with what he said about football being a social thing and getting the craic before and after a game. That is something that has been missing from the game for a while now. Live TV and weird k.o times have done for that. Keep up the good work.

Just caught up on last three editions. Loved them all and great to hear the views from players past and present. Brilliant, well done all. Polly hates the County - that works for me.

Trigger
Sad to here this. I hope he makes a full recovery. So many happy memories of his goal scoring feats so lets hope he hits the back of the net with this challenge.

New ICT Podcast
This has probably already been asked but, if it wasn't for the disgusting behaviour of some fans would Liam have stayed at ICT? Also, football after lockdown is going to be very different. There's talk down here in England of games being played behind closed doors. How do you think that will affect players and the game if was introduced in Scotland?

ICT YouTube Videos (early 2000's)
Yes, met him a couple of times. Quite a chat at the 10 year anniversary ball of the famous Celtic game. Nice chap despite going through some personal issues at the time. A too thought it was a shame he left ICT for Aberdeen where it never worked out for him. I wonder where he'd taken us if he'd stayed.

I was in the same area. The one that got away. How the linesman never saw that we'll never know.

ICT YouTube Videos (early 2000's)
I have nothing on tape from 2002/03. The VCR I have is the only footage I have from this era. Sorry.

Many thanks. I hope to get going with the conversion before the end of the week. Will be in touch if required.

ICT YouTube Videos (early 2000's)
This lockdown and a rainy day had me having a rummage around in loft yesterday. Unfortunately there was nothing up there that would be of interest to Flog It or the Antiques Roadshow but I did come across a gem....it's a VHS Tape recording of almost the entire 2003-04 season involving just ICT games. The games were recorded off the box by Uncle Albert who painstakingly put it together week in week for Gringo Junior. Also in the loft were a couple of VHS Recorders/Players which, after a good dusting and clean, actually work. I have software now that can convert this VHS to a DVD or MP4 format. The footage, if I recall, does have a couple of games missing probably due to no highlights being broadcast at the time. Of course, when Uncle Albert started recording this he had no idea he was starting to compile a record of our title winning season. I'm going to enjoy watching this.

Ballistic: Super Caley’s Big Night
Best night of my football watching years. Wow! I can remember the whole thing as if it was yesterday. Fantastic and lost my voice for about two weeks lol. As we were waiting for the train back south from Glasgow Central and Celtic fan approached us. I feared the worst to be honest but no, he just wanted to swap scarf's saying "my team was shite, you're team was brilliant...this is history...will you swap your scarf?" I did and I've still got it (somewhere)

Great news Robert. Here's hoping he makes a full recovery. A close friend of mine was in ICU with this virus. He has underlying issues too. He came home yesterday.

Bronson
This from the family via Facebook. ============ On behalf Simon’s immediate family, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been in touch, shared their memories of him and offered their support. It has been truly humbling – we knew he was a great bloke, but this has surpassed even our expectations. By way of making sense of this – something everyone will be trying to do – know that we do not think he planned this. Simon had been dealing with a lot recently, but he had fully intended to keep on living and taking care of his family – all the indications support this. He even called his Dad that night to ask him to record the football! ⚽️⚽️💟We will never know for sure, but it seems that, during his last few hours, his pain and too much to drink conspired to interfere with his logic. His death will leave a huge hole in the hearts and lives of all who knew him. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 11 March at 12.30pm in the Funeral Home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness, IV2 6AB, and thereafter to Kilvean Cemetery. All friends and colleagues past and present welcome. Family flowers only please, and money donations to the Scottish Burned Children’s Club welcome. Please share this information with anyone else you think would like to know. — feeling heartbroken. =============

The Bronson Legacy
There are many avenues people can seek help from and I'd say talking to friends and family is very high on that list. Another charity that is closely aimed at helping people is https://www.thecalmzone.net/ It's called CALM [Campaign Against Living Miserably] If anyone on here listens to Planet Rock Radio will be aware of the monies their DJ Wyatt has raised for this cause with his cycling exploits. He was actually in Inverness towards the end of last year. It's not just those with that Highland Man stoic thing, it can happen to all, even hard faced rockers and hairy ersed bikers. Help is there - we just have to ask. As I mentioned in a earlier post, Bronson was the saviour and founder member of the Highland March. With this in mind the Highland Marchers from those years plan to get as many of us together and hit the roads, hills and river crossings again.

Bronson
My Facebook Post from earlier today..... Words can not explain how I feel right now. Today I heard of the passing of one the nicest guys I ever met whilst supporting Inverness Caley Thistle. He was a laugh, a true Caley Thistle fan, a gent and was always in awe at my (our) long distance journeys that were made as a family to follow his (our) team. He was also a founder member of the infamous Highland March and also became the saviour of it too on that very first event. I shared the support bus with him on a number of occasions we're we talked football and rock music. From those halcyon days of the HM, the fun in the Innes Bar, the home matches and the away matches on the supporters bus I will never forget you Simon MacDonald ‘Bronson’ never. With a heavy heart I bid you farewell my friend and may you rest in peace now. My heart also goes out to all your family and friends. A pain unimaginable right now. I hope my words ease that awful pain somehow.

Could build a wall around SFA HQ to stop the idiots getting in...or out...as the case may be.

I reckon the whole team should dive on the pitch as soon as the whistle goes at k.o in the final.

More TV Games
Do you not think if they did this that those (allegedly) in charge would move the black out period to 8pm on Friday's? I wonder what the TV viewing figures are for Scottish Championship football on a Friday night. The thing that frustrates the minority here is the short notice given to fans about the amended dates and times. I get it that they want to choose the so-called attractive games and that can't happen at the start of the season as nobody knows how the season will pan out, but it's still a pain in the erse.
