  2. Hi Scotty, finally have some time to reply to you. Thanks for the extensive reply! I have found a way for this to show on demand for me. I am using Chrome which I suspect is the source of this issue, as it does not show in Firefox for me. Near the bottom of each page on CTO is the link below: Clicking on this takes me to the cookie popup I was talking about (with a 'Do not consent' option which doesn't show when you first get this forced on to your screen). If you click on Manage Options, you will see the screenshot that I shared originally. I usually have to go in to each section and unselect anything that is on by default. I am guessing you can't do anything about this as it is a browser thing.
  3. As detailed in the Bar 94 and Matchday Bus Service thread, Bar 94 will be open from 1130 and will reopen at full time, with the usual range of products (and we have held the price of a pint of Dog Falls at £5). We hope to see you there to enjoy what the Testimonial Committee have lined up for the day. With the circus taking place in the car park, please use the matchday bus if you are able to as parking will be restricted at and around the ground. It leaves the Bus Station at 1145 and 1315, returning from the Stadium 10 minutes after the full time whistle and at 1700. The fare is £2.70 single (contactless payments or cash accepted), and Over 60 / Disabled and Under 22 Concession passes are valid, giving free travel on the service to passholders. Stagecoach have advised that all revenue taken on the service on Saturday will be donated to Aaron's Testimonial Fund, so that is another great reason to use the service, as Aaron will be directly benefitting from your journey.
  4. As you make your plans for Aaron's testimonial on Saturday, Bar 94 will be open from 1130 and will reopen at full time. The Testimonial Committee has a lot lined up in Bar 94 on Saturday, including Aaron and many of the players being in the bar after the game. We hope to see you there.
  5. Team v PT. starting eleven this season 1 ROSS MUNRO 2 ROSS MILLEN 3 MATTHEW STRACHAN 4 ROBBIE THOMPSON 5 REMI SAVAGE 6 DANNY DEVINE 7 PAUL ALLAN 8 JOE CHALMERS 9 TRIALIST OJO 10 DAVID WOTHERSPOON 11 TRIALIST edit: Mackinnon for Thompson.
  6. As The Mantis is probably having a well earned lie in………… 53’Goal Thistle! Ben Stanway Thistle 3 - Inverness CT 2 Three goals in three minutes from Thistle. Crawford finds Stanway to his right and Stanway fires high into the top right hand corner of the net. 51’Goal Thistle! Logan Chalmers Thistle 2 - Inverness CT 2 And all of a sudden the game is tied. Stanway looks to be fouled but there is no free kick, the ball breaks to Chalmers at the edge of the box and he finds the back of the net with an excellent finish high to the keeper's right. 50’Goal Thistle! Ben Stanway Thistle 1 - Inverness CT 2 Thistle get an early goal back as Stanway knocks home from close range. Goal Inverness CT! Trialist Thistle 0 - Inverness CT 2 Another Thistle error and it's another Inverness goal. The Trialist number 9 is again the player to profit from that error and he takes the ball round Budinauckas before rolling the ball into the net. 08’Goal Inverness CT! Trialist Thistle 0 - Inverness CT 1 Inverness open the scoring. Thistle lose possession in midfield and Wotherspoon advances before slipping a pass through to Trialist who finds the net with a neat finish.

  8. Going to bed as my match report has just vanished into the ether
  9. Att 755
  10. 2-2 now, 2 goals in a minute. edit - make that 3…
  11. The first was away in the opposite corner but 11 was getting all the handshakes. This is about as bad as Cove for watching.
  12. Does the wee no 11 have curly hair? If so that will be probably be Carlos Heredia. Ojo wore no 9 at Nairn and Clach so presumably it’s him again. The club is crediting both goals to no 9.
  13. Ojo sitter for 3-0, but tries a lob
  14. PTFC 0-1 ICT. The wee no 11. … 2-0 no 9 is that Ojo?
  15. Aw. Been a few years since i met Dave and Kay last. Condolences to all friends and family. A stawart indeed. Thanks for that tribute Scotty......said it all

  17. another group shot I came across from the Innes. Originally posted this to the memory page for Big Stew!
  18. I echo everything said above - so sad to hear this - RIP Dave and condolences to Kay and the rest of the family.
  19. Sean Welsh has joined Spartans, Morgan Boyes has joined St Johnstone, Jack Newman has joined Peterhead, Cammy Kerr has joined Livingston, Billy King has joined Bonnyrigg and Nat Wedderburn has joined Cowdenbeath.
  20. It's preseason so results are secondary and it was a decent day for getting out to put faces to new names in the squad. Although £12 for a friendly does feel a little steep. I don't think the trialists were as bad as some others are saying. Ojo was getting into dangerous positions with the ball but seemed a little reluctant to pull the trigger earlier. He seemed to be constantly looking for a final killer pass so that may be down trying things out and instructions from coaching staff. I'd be raging if he was doing that it competitive matches. The other fella didn't do anything I would consider out of place and seemed comfortable throughout. Billy Mckay will know what they were looking for so I trust he'll judge based on that but I wouldn't be surprised if both were offered contracts. The goal we conceded was a classic scramble and Munro was unsighted for the final shot and could do nothing about it. We weren't really troubled aside from that.
  21. Just to echo the words of Joonya, Dave and Kay made us so welcome to the Caley family. I remember the time we first met in the Caley Inn. Neither of them could believe we travelled up from Coventry to watch Caley (they were not alone in these thoughts by the way). We'd never met them before and they instantly offered us a bed at their place to save on B&B for our next trip. So many good memories that we will treasure forever. Sadly not too many photos but those I do have are the highly treasured shots from our title winning day in 2004. When we first met they lived in Ardgay. Mrs Gringo and I stay with them many years later. We travelled with them to a game in Dunfermline leaving Ardgay around 1000 and getting home via the Innes and take away around 12 hours later. We won 1-0 too - Liam Fox goal. Uncle Albert, we will never forget you. We send our deepest and heartfelt condolences to all his family and friends.
  22. Such sad news and a wonderful tribute thanks Scotty. I had the pleasure of getting to know Dave during HM1, what a great character and he very generously tolerated having to be bunked with a member of the ‘junior’ service. I wish I could have spent more time with him. My condolences to Mrs Guz and the rest of the family - RIP Dave, you were a legend and will be sorely missed.

    Aaron Doran

Do you have your tickets. This is a fully competitive game between both teams as they prepare for the season ahead. Of course Aaron will feature. Your support is much appreciated
  24. Adam MacKinnon hasn’t featured yet whilst Paul Allan was not in either squad today.
  25. Was at Clach today, I thought the trialist at full back is worth considering remembering its a highland league team we were playing. Was not overly impressed with the trialist up front, hold up play was ok but no goal threat and faded in second half. £10 for a game of football no complaints
