No - he is under the slabs where ma Labrador Blackie poops every morning.

Could Butcher maybe persuade him to stay?????

One can but hope!!

he cant he,s signed a contract with hearts already!!

Thankfully Hearts don't have the money to take him off our hands until the end of the season as he's just the kind of player we need for the relegation battle.

I wouldn't be too upset if Black was to pick up enough bookings to warrant a suspension....getting the final yellow on the last game of the season and having to miss Hearts first couple of games next season :rotflmao:

although i dont want him to go until end of season, unless we get a player for him, hearts can surely afford him,?2.3m for berra and driver+ possibly kingston to leave tommorrow,?50,000 isnt much out of that

If Hearts went into administration and if the SPL stopped them signing players....could pre-contract agreements be torn up? I suspect they could in the right circumstances.

i suppose they could be but highly doubt it will happen

I'd imagine the administrators would be duty bound (where possible) to honour the PCA, although as it wouldn't be in their favour to increase costs and Blacks favour to be going to a club where they might not be able to afford to honour the terms of his contract then it's more than likely it could (and would) be quashed by mutual agreement.

Was great to see him back and great to see that Butcher picked him.

Showed as he put in a good shift today, hopefully he plays every game between no and the end of the season.

He seems well up for it.

If Hearts were to enter administration, the Administrators are duty bound only to protect the rights of the Creditors (i.e. maximise the return) and they would be able to effectively tear up the PCA with limited repercussions.

Black would technically become a Creditor the moment the PCA kicks in to effect.

Black has been our best player this season and it would be a disgrace if he was not played due to previous incumbents ineptitude, thankfully, big Terry has seen through the smoke screen and will give Black the respect he deserves.

No. He's agreed to join them when his current contract with us ends. Either party COULD still pull out. He can't actually sign for Hearts until his contract with us runs out.

He won't be staying with us though.

He gave his all today...respect!! One or two worrying incidents after his yellow card....nothing new there.

I can't see him staying because of the contract with Hearts and the fact it's his home town.

Hey Blackie if you read this and you have a choice you better stay with us mate....

This message was from Millie Mcquaid if she was of working age shed pay your wages, LOL

I dont think we should be under any illusion that Blackie will stay with us, he will be joining Hearts in the summer. I think it was proved today that he will give his all until then and that will be an asset in our battle to stay up.

i think he's very lucky he stayed on the park after that tackle on Mc Donald

if it had been one of our players who was tackled like that i'd have been going off my head

a tackle from behind plus Black hit him in the calf, you could have broke his leg ffs Blackie.

you'll be no good to us if you get banned

I must be have been watching a different game today then. I thought Black was very poor. His corners and free kicks were nothing short of woeful and he was lucky not to be sent off.

agree not his best game but he tried to impress the new boss

i said on the previous post he was lucky to have stayed on the park

a player who keeps getting banned is no good to anyone
