Hibs Away

As nothing seems to have been confirmed, except a few it seems going to Iona Bar. Whereabouts will everyone be going for some pre-match beverage consumption on Saturday?

Would be good if we could get a lot of people to meet in the same place for some drinks, craic and ICT karaoke. :drinking01:

Suggestions?

Like you've said the Iona on Leith Road 5 minutes from the ground is where i'll be going. Leaving Glasgow with Red Card plus others early doors be through there for 12ish

I liked Snow's suggestion of the Cafe Royal.... One of the best pubs in Embra.

Only thing is I'm not sure if I can make it for this one. (if you know what I mean)

Iona bar is where most folk will be going, great pub and very close to the ground.

The Windsor Buffet on Leith Walk is decent as is Pearces Bar on Elm Row ( b4 Leith Walk)

I would avoid pubs on Easter Road itself

Perhaps a couple of swallies from the Station in Wetherspoons and a wee sing song doon Leith Road ??

oh dear - this could spell trouble....

see you in the iona - the only place to go!:)

Iona it is then.. What time will most folk be heading there?

My train gets into Waverley about 11.15, then due to be meeting Nod, LoyalArmy and a couple of others. Looking forward to a few drams and a wee singsong now.

The Royal Nip has closed down for renovation, so the Iona Bar will be packed out with about 100 extra Hibees, not sure if they are letting in away fans or not for this one.

Wouldn't be too surprised if it's home fans only.

I've never been in the Artisan, but if the collection of wizened crazies who I see outside it everytime I go past is anything to go by it's best avoided!

Middletons is a good bar.

Hmm, should be in Edinburgh for 11.15 so plenty time to find a pub for pre-match beverages, if the Iona is only open to home fans.

The Young Stoney Ultras are plotting up in a Uruguayan winebar on Broughton Street.

Embra's miles poncier

Young Spewey will be in attendance. Ymipette is hedging her bets thus far.

We're letting the train take the strain tomorrow.

Must look out a suitable sickbag.
