Rangers game moved

Click

Moved to a week on Tuesday. Just off the phone to the ticket office and don't really know how getting tickets will be feasible at such short notice?

Once again the SPL organise to suit the Glasgow mob.TB was quite right in saying two trips up and down the A9 in four days is out of order, when the same SPL were calling off games to suit those coming up our way due to so called bad weather. That is the same guys trying to barnstorm a new league setup

Are we all Neil Lennon all of a sudden, just get on with it. :notlistening:

It might be hard on the Glasgow/central belt based away support, but if the SPL and/or Rangers won't reconsider, I think a boycott for this one would be in order.

I doubt they'd take any notice to be honest. As harsh as it is considering TB is completely against it, I'd rather just get on with it now and support our team and hope big Tel can keep his unbeaten record against Rangers with us. ictscarf.gifictscarf.gifictscarf.gif

The reason that there is such short notice is that the SFA would have left it till after the Rangers v Kilmarnock Scottish Cup tie last night in case it needed a replay. Cup ties take priority over the league, therefore if game was drawn last night Rangers would have to play replay on 18th. As it didnt need a replay it left a spare date available to slot a league game in.

Correct, and it had to be against a team not playing midweek (St Mirren, Utd. & Hibs).

Hearts and St Johnstone are a lot closer which would allow more travelling fans to attend.

Looks likes we'll now be facing both Motherwell and Rangers without Jonny Hayes.

Had the Rangers game been played as originally scheduled, there's every chance he would have been fit for that one.

Very unfair.

It's a conspiracy

The whole league (SPL) is unfair.. :tongueincheek:

tbh rangers are only as unorganised as us for this game

Noticed that rangers now have a TV game on the 3rd of March at Dundee Utd. Coincidence :ponder:

What you going to do........bulldoze Tannadice?

This game was arranged by Rangers and the SPL in order to let Bougherra serve out his suspension against an 'easier' team before they play Hearts.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Let's hope we can take advantage of that and make them regret they even considered it.

A couple of bottles of Highland Spring on the pitch should do it.
