Starchief it is inextricably linked to football. Rangers FC has acquired membership to play football in Scotland subject to strict conditions. If they infringe those conditions, their membership could be withdrawn.

Now do you see why it was interesting?

They shouldn't have been allowed into the SPFL at all. The rules clearly stated that prospective clubs must have had their accounts signed off 3 years in a row (or something like that). When Rangers were liquidated, their place should've been granted to an established club like Spartans or Brora. Sevco should've started at the bottom level of the Juniors like any other new club, then had to compete with other clubs in a free and open vote when a vacancy arose for a new SPFL club.

Good to see the public purse offering free flights home from his Mexican holiday for Craig Whyte and a warm bed for the night in his home City. This at a time when his beloved Rangers are in desperate need of £8m to stay afloat and when administration might now really benefit Mike Ashley. This has been a profitable year for Poundland but it must be hell for thousands of very devoted fans.

Going bust once can be seen as a mistake and bad management

 

Doing it again is  "criminal"  I don't really have a word for it

 

Their fans may not be every bodies cup of tea , but they love their club, and this carry on is not fair on people who just want a team  to support

 

After the first crash the whole job lot should have been closed down.  A new club should have ben formed from the ashes and run properly.

 

Too much emphasis was put on maintaining a former life.

 

Where do they go from now ? Who knows but a financial solution is not likely.
