Astounded to see that Vigurs is captain tonight. Sums up all that's wrong.

To be fair, he did fight, chase every ball, encourage his team mates, show hunger, Passion, fight, desire, belief and strength. 

...just another throw of the dice from a manager without a clue. There may have been some method in his madness because it sounded like Vigurs did OK for the first half hour....but his faith in Vigurs throughout the season, irrespective of performance has been a major contributor.

Brosnon  - he is not exactly a motivator of others. I thought that he gave up. Good captains do NOT get hooked. Some smartersehole has evidently decided that his local history promoted him and inspired others. Not when he is basically a lazy *******. The only ones that I would have appointed were - oops Apart from Draper none. And why was he frozen out ?

Abject performance all season, not a leader and not a leader by example yet rewarded with the distinction of being club captain - shambles.

Exactly. RF talks s***e everytime he opens his mouth. 

And he talks it week in week out.

No Plan B exists.
