Do we know our best, fit starting 11?

From what I've seen and read, everything else being equal and injuries unchanged, I would pick:

Fon Williams

Raven Tremarco Warren Chalmers

Trafford

Vigurs Polworth Bell 

Baird Oakley

Subs - Esson, Cooper, Mckay, Elsdon, Donaldson, Chalmers, Zschusschen

Not a bad shout Renegade. Unfortunately that would never be Robbo's choice. Believe it or not I would like to see Chalmers in the left sided midfield position.

............with Tremarco captain in a few weeks if things did not improve and once he is back to full match fitness.

Apparently match fitness at ICT may now take months rather than weeks.

Very good idea but but absolutely no interest in anything displaying that "ICTFC Pride of the Highlands" crap. Pity someone doesn't bin that sharn once and for all. This club is called Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC and those running the club should remember that. Still hope we gub the Livi.

Exactly - I don't particularly like the 'Pride of the Highlands' crest either, but it doesn't particulatrly keep me awake at night...

According to a Meadowbank supporter on P&B, Meadowbank play 3-5-2 with two wingers tracking back.  Wonder in that case if we'd be best going with a 4-3-3, as a 4-2-3-1 with Baird as the lone striker would get drowned out with relative ease.
