November 13, 20241 yr With all the turmoil the club is going through it's a time to remember the good times. From the P&J today Mike Teasdale with Ann Nicoll after our Scottish Cup victory over Celtic in February 2000.
November 16, 20241 yr As a very oldie Caley, then ICT, fan, my top memories will always be the semi final cup game v Celtic in 2015 (I missed the final due to illness) and then ICT in Europe. Bucharest was unforgettable, the heat, the food n drink, the fans, the travel, the camaraderie, the game. Wonderful, all thanks to ICT.

Last verse for ict fans. Well, you know what they say. Play a C&W record backwards, and your wife comes back to you, your dog comes back to life, you get your job and your car back.... and your team starts climbing the table again Edited November 17, 20241 yr by snorbens_caleyman
November 17, 20241 yr Yup, claw back the 15 points, stay in league one with new owners who have their heart and soul in the club, put Inverness back in ICT and then get back to where we belong. We've made a decent start under Scott Kellacher and the current group of players.
November 29, 20241 yr Came across a few photos I received from Ian Broadfoot when he was writing his 'Milestones and Memories' book of ICT stats (still available at club shop I believe). Copyright unknown, but likely some combination of Trevor Martin, Gordon Gillespie or Ken McPherson. Mike Noble, Grassa, Danny McDonald and Charlie all looking a lot younger (it was 1995!) alongside provost Bill Fraser as he takes the ceremonial first cut for the future Caledonian Stadium. Last Match at Telford Street. The late, great, Alan Hercher scores the first league goal at Telford St. August 1994. Part of a 20 minute first-half hat-trick in a 5-2 win against Arbroath. Jimmy Calder gets man of the match award in our (home) Scottish Cup QF against Rangers at Tannadice. March 1996. Memorable match featuring two goals from Paul Gascoigne for the away team.

I wonder if the black and white photo is of the last league game v Arbroath early in October 1996, or the very last game v a Highland League Select later that month… after which many, including myself, claimed their own piece of Telford Street turf? I can see quite a few well known characters of that era in the photo - Norman Miller, Jimmy Falconer, Dougie McGilvray, Herchie, Kevin Bisset, Ian Gordon, Craig MacLean, Austin McNiven, Willie Grant (I think), Ann Nicoll. PS - the other day, I bought a carpet cleaner from the left back position at the Distillery (aka Comet) End.
