[warn='Please Read.....']Ok, here is the deal. Moderators have tried to be as polite as possible in bring this thread back on track and from what I can see they have been ignored, and in some cases people have started to take the piss. If you don't understand polite, then perhaps you'll understand this.... 1. We HAVE identified a handful of users who appear to be bullying one other user. These people have been messaged asking them to stop, some have ignored that warning and a site suspension is now being considered. Bullying WILL NOT be tolerated in any form. 2. A few more users have decided to jump on the bandwagon thinking it is some kind of game....STOP NOW or risk the same fate as those above. 3. We have a Report System for dealing with any issues a user thinks may exist. Site rules/guidelines clearly state that this is how any/all problems should and will be dealt with. The moment a "victim" chooses to ignore that system and start ranting on the forum they become part of the problem and will be dealt with accordingly. 4. There will be no further discussion of this matter on this or any other thread by site users. If you have a problem with anything in this post or in regards to this topic, Report It or PM a Moderator. Any more posts on the matter will be deleted and warnings will be issued. Now...can we all just grow up and get back to football??? Thank You.[/warn]3 points

Ok Back on a football theme, is anyone else not impressed by our signings / loans / quality of players attracted here? Looking at the squad we have no right back ( proc aint a right back ) One experienced central defender (who aint really a central defender ) we've signed a few kids and two very much untried players at SPL level and one first div player who could hardly be described as a prolific scorer in that league. The SPL kicks off a week saturday and our squad looks so weak that i'm beginning to worry.2 points

Think what I said was quite fair. If he don't wanna stay fair enough he's had loads of time to decide and at least then TB would know he had the cash tae spend on an alternative as the new season is fast approaching.2 points

Of course no one is bigger than the club but letting Grant Munro leave was a huge risk. It will only be a positive if we manage to successfully reshape our defence and with two weeks to go until the start of the season that hasn't happened yet. Fingers crossed. . . .2 points

You still think that after what caleyrule has said? If he's got no offer and believes himself fit, why would he just hang around watching instead of trying to get a new contract. If what caleyrule has said is true (and it often is), I don't see Gilbert's done anything wrong. Wouldn't rule him out if it's just ICT wants him to stay on the sidelines, whilst Gilbert wants to play. Shows he's keen. Brings his worth higher in my book. Hope we're still looking at him after what people have said about him in his trial period.1 point

[warn='Righto guys and girls.']This forum is for ICT related topics, not discussing the rights and wrongs of red dot green dot.[/warn] If you want to continue the discussion about the way people type then do it by PM. There are now 25 hidden posts already on this thread. Please keep to the title as the pre-season thread is important to some. Some members have already been PM'd regarding red dot bullying, if this continues then more PM's will be sent out. Mahonio, try and keep to the topic as well please. If you have an issue with any post then please report it through the system. Remember, we are all different in some way or other, please respect others opinions and posting style.1 point

Shinnie was poor against Elgin as well because he played in that advanded role. He played center mid against Clach and Forres and looked much better suited to that role. His link up play in paticular caught my eye. But he is NOT suited to the role of second striker. If Terry persists with him there Shinnie will struggle to make an impact i think.1 point

Does it really matter? He is obviously a kid who is trying to undo some damage that has been done, he has made sure that everyone knows ICT are a good club. Imagine scoring the winner against a semi pro club from an U19 side and then being binned. He must have been an emotional wreck then someone, who he does not know, makes things worse by trying to make out the coaches who binned him as being some sort of demons. Let's just leave the lad alone and hope he makes a success of his football career.1 point

I rarely agree with anything you say Ender but the Grant Munro situation makes me mighty angry and I believe Butcher has possibly made the biggest mistake of his ICT managerial career to date In my opinion Grant should still be at the club and in the starting line up every week All i will say is that its a big risk Terry is taking to treat the local hero so shabbily dougal-1 points
