  1. Awful pens Main focus was on fitness and getting players some game time. We have treated the league cup as our pre-season games. League will always be number one priority

Yes. And given the age profile of our fan base, a good number of us should be near the top of the queue for the vaccine!
  3. GOALLLLLLL 3-2 Roddy MacGregor with a tap in after free kick hits the post
  4. 3-2. MacGregor Tap in after a Keatings free kick.
  5. Raith Rovers fans on P & B have provided the following advice when watching Raith TV.
  6. Really enjoyed the game. Looked like a friendly as both teams opened up knowing they had little chance of going through. Their lad from Aberdeen Ross looked handy as did the big 9. However after 20 minutes we began to control it and for most of the second half were on top and creating chances. It was only in the last five minutes I felt we lost control. thought Allardice looked really good. Kennedy came onto a game in second half and thought our midfield had plenty of movement. Yes defence got caught but individual errors rather than disorganisation. Encouraging
  7. Some good play from the guys in the second half. Couldn't hold on to the lead though. Yes, penalty practice much required. Can we get the Raith TV stream for our next home games? I'd use their commentary team too.
  8. Poor penalties, but should have seen it out. Kennedy top marks tonight. Well done The streaming team at Rovers
  9. A really good game. Unlucky not to win as we bossed the second half against a team that has had a good start to the season. Disappointing shoot out with Toddy’s saved, Keatings hitting the woodwork and Kennedy missing, but we’d no hope of qualifying for the knock out stages. I’m worried about central defence as we were caught out for all their goals. Mckay was struggling before his injury. Devine got caught out for the first and Deas for the third. If we don’t have Toshney, I think Devine and Deas should be allowed to develop a partnership. Plenty of positives as we were good when we moved it fast. Ridgers had a few good saves. Duffy and Harper both contributed. Allardice is a find, and Kennedy will do well. Hope we keep him for the full season. Good to see MacGregor on the score sheet. Good that Doran, Sutherland, Devine and Keatings all played 90 minutes. There will be more to come from them. It was a good game and gives me confidence that we will be battling at the right end of the table.
  10. Always an excuse.... Be nice to have won a game.
  11. Full time 3-3. Pens now for the extra point. Raith keeper has pulled of some great saves in the last 5 minutes. This has been end to end stuff
  12. Ha ha. Justice done a few minutes later. This is a really enjoyable game. Hope we hold on, but greatly encouraging for the weeks ahead.
  13. 3-2!! This season we are getting forward in numbers much more. If you do that, you make your own luck.
  14. 2-2. Keatings from the spot. Soft award but makes up for the other one!!
  15. Glad I have paid £9.99 for this. A good feed and a very decent first half with both teams trying to play good football. Devine got caught out for the goal, but has had a couple of tackles that may have saved goals. He got booked after Mckay went down off the ball and Raith had a dangerous chance. Doran “took one for the team” when he got booked as it stopped a dangerous break. Our goal was good, with a great ball from Kennedy after a quick break which was well finished by Sutherland. I didn’t think it was a penalty as I’m sure Duffy got the ball not the man, but it was a diabolical spot kick so no harm done. Vincent was doing well until he got his knock. Hopefully taken off as a precaution. Mckay had no-one near him as Raith counter attacked so maybe twisted something. He was struggling before the injury against the fast attack. Ridgers has had a few saves but we’ve also had a few chances and looked good and fast on the break. Kennedy has been the pick if the first half for me. A few beers in front of the log burner and a decent game being fed to my tv. All we need now is a win!!

The success of the Pfizer vaccine trials and promising data from the stage 3 trials of the Oxford vaccine means that, with a fair wind, both of these and possibly more could be widely available by late Spring. Imagine if all you had to do was to show your vaccination certificate to join thousands of other ICT fans in both Inverness and Dingwall to watch us beat County in both legs of the promotion play off final. Now, that is a warm thought to see us through a cold and difficult Winter.
