  1. But with the wee caveat that our 2nd came from a County set play!
  2. Scenes when we go all the way, and end up drawing Astra in the Europa Conference.
  3. That was the most enjoyable performance and result that I can remember for some time. Great to feel that ICT buzz again. All of a sudden we have hit form at just the right time and it should be well within the team's ability to get into the play-offs.
  4. The Cup will be a nice bonus to keep the season novel. But I’d rather the semi final in play offs.
  5. Interesting to note , good performance aside - all the goals came from set-plays - emphasising where both clubs have struggled this year. 🤔
  6. 3 out of 42? Pathetic!
  7. I had a gut feeling we'd get St Mirren away 😇 Very tough draw - on the positive side, another club like C(o)unty who have never beaten us in the Cup. Remember the scenes in 2004 when they murdered us and Darran Thompson stole it. Seemingly our squad was hit badly with flu.
  8. Away in every round of the competition but with the 4th and 5th round draws now complete, whilst we are in no position to be complacent there is a realistic route to the semi finals. Even without the income from gate money, the TV and sponsorship money from that would be a very welcome boost indeed in these troubled financial times as would the boost to morale and confidence which might well translate into the continuing improvement of our league form. This season is now shaping up to have some real potential with some wind billowing in our sails after spending the first three quarters of it very much in the doldrums.
  9. Happy enough a tie that we are perfectly capable of winning if we play as well as we did on Friday even if St Mirren's defending isn't as atrocious as County's was.
  10. Fair to say we have the best possible Quarter Final if we get past St Mirren. Montrose or Killie, absolute dream. Plus one less old firm team in the running.
  11. Beat St Mirren and we go away to Kilmarnock or Montrose.
  12. All the goals on Caley Jags TV
  13. Yes....I saw that, incredible really. I am falling in love with that guy!
  14. Definitely Deas, great header back across the box, great finish.
  15. 1 point
For example: In the Jailend- where your brother is your dad In the Jailend- where your team is just so bad In the Jailend - Caley always make you sad In the Jailend, in the Jailend
  16. I actually think St Mirren is a really hard draw for us a team very much on the up. But I have a little faith and a lot of hope.
