  1. I really think the club need to explain the thought behind the launch date and colour. Who had the final say on the strip? Was it Gardiner? Does the club want to be the wee rangers? Orange and red don't go together either, whoever thought that knows nothing about design.
  2. Imagine if Lafferty had been modelling it!
  3. It might look better 'in the flesh' but, no, I don't like it. Judging by the expressions on the players faces that don't care much for it either 🤔
  4. I wholeheartedly agree. An orange kit on the 12th July, and some in our hierarchy having certain allegiances to certain clubs! you couldn't make it up.
  5. Was it a conscious decision by the club to release such a kit on such a date? Really have no time for this kind of sectarian nonsense, personally!
  6. It's not for me. Hopefully I'll never see them play in it, as I only go to home matches.
  7. More money than sense
  8. Didn’t they recently sign Graham Dorrans too? Someone’s got a lot of cash to spare.
  9. I get the feeling that might have been the plan?!?!
  10. Feedback so far from the young 'uns is that is going to sell fast. Any old firm connotations are irrelevant, they seem to like the colour and design (apparently it is a good combo), unlike the silvertops and fuddy duddies.
  11. Probably just got rid of the most in demand and classy away kit(red and black) for this ?
  12. 1 point
According to this information from CaleyD then, unless anything has changed, the Supporters Trust have the second largest voting right.
  13. Would love to get tokely on the wyness podcast to see what he thought.
  14. Looks like it
  15. Good to see the strikers to be getting on the scoresheet.
  16. He’s got a good left hook by all accounts!
  17. Better watch out for that Nairn #4 !!
  18. New signing Adam Brooks (Number 24) is listed as a Trialist tonight as we await SFA Clearance 6' | 0-1 GOAL! Caley Thistle take the lead. Good play from Billy Mckay down the right side and Adam Brooks finishes to open the scoring! 7' | 0-2 GOAL! It's Adam Brooks again! He gets his second of the night within a minute of his opener as he capitalises on a mistake at the back, taking the ball past the Nairn keeper. 18' | 0-2 Adam Brooks thinks he's got his hat-trick as he meets Billy Mckay's cross in the box and finishes past the keeper but the offside flag is up. 19' | 0-3 GOAL! It's 3-0 to Caley Thistle! Nathan Shaw's corner isn't dealt with by the Nairn defence as the ball goes in off one of the Nairn players. 24' | 0-4 GOAL! It's 4-0 to Caley Thistle as Billy Mckay gets on the scoresheet. Good work from the striker in the box as he finishes low past the Nairn keeper. 30' | 0-4 Adam Brooks drags one wide after linking up well with Billy Mckay HALF TIME: Nairn County 0-4 Inverness CT. All change for the second half Ridgers, Harper, Devine, Gilmour, Doran, Samuels, Davidson, Trialist (Harry), Cairns, Strachan, Thompson 55' | 0-5 GOAL! Ethan Cairns makes it five with a close range header after meeting Aaron Doran's corner in the box. 84' | 0-5 Trialist (number 18) sees a shot from the edge of the box saved 87' | 0-6 GOAL! Austin Samuels makes it 6 with a great finish after being played clean through on goal. 89' | 0-6 Cameron Harper's cross finds Aaron Doran in the box but his shot is over the bar.
  19. What's wrong with an orange shirt on the 12th of July - I'd rather be a Billy than a Jaggie. 😁
  20. Sorry Tm4tj I’m away on business so didn’t make the game tonight. Hopefully someone can tell us a bit about how we did.
