I don’t think giving someone a fiver is a big enough incentive…

I’m finding it hard to shake off the feeling that it wouldn’t have mattered if we’d kept Dodds or brought anybody else in. Same feeling goes for ditching him now, wouldn’t make any difference, the problems go far deeper than whoever fills the manager role and it’s dragging us ever downwards

Without a shadow of doubt next week is a must win game if ever there was one! If we do win it, and it is a big if, then hopefully that will give them some confidence to take into the QP game and beyond. All we can do is hope, I think the believe ship has already sailed.

It’s seasons like this that make me glad I live 600 miles away and work every Saturday - thankfully the decision to go or not go is taken out of my hands.

I actually have more hope about getting something from the next two games because they’re away, despite who we’re playing…

Absolutely agree with Robert - the crucial bit for me is 'no worse than 8th'. I would not fancy our chances in a relegation playoff against (most likely) an Accies side with their tails up and something to prove, whilst we have a team with a large number of loanees ready to depart back to their parent clubs. I'm not decrying their effort and commitment but when it comes to the crunch they wouldn't be as likely to put everything on the line and give 110% in that situation. We should, however, have enough quality in our squad to keep us out of that position and hopefully they'll click together sooner rather than later to climb clear of that dreaded 9th place.

Very disappointing only taking 2 points from these last two games - my increasing worry now is whether we’re capable of beating Hamilton, or anyone else from League One, in a playoff
