Signings For Next Season
Noticed Tam McManus has become a free agent again.

Signings For Next Season
Training with St Johnstone right now so i doubt you will see him in an ICT shirt.

The season of this shirt
I totally agree. Our striped kits have always been the best.

Boyd for Scotland
Highly likely that he will play for Scotland again. This kind of goal scoring can not be ignored.
-
Mihadjuks
He is 6 ft 3, he has a no nonsense style but he is fairly tidy with posession, he is also a threat from set pieces and said himself he enjoys scottish football. You have got a great player in your ranks.
-
Mihadjuks
Dreadful defender. You will have too loan him back to us so he can play with other players as average as him

Motherwell looking for new boss
Well fans are apparently keen on the idea of getting Butcher back.
-
Merged: I BELIEVE.
You keep that thought in mind. Mind you you do have a point with the fixtures. I still don't see us going beyond mid-table though.

Motherwell looking for new boss
I wonder what effect it will have on their players given we play them in a fortnight.

ICT -V- Dundee : matchday thread
Entertaining game in which either side had great chances to win it. Dundee were in control for most of the 1st half woth Griffiths, Harkins and Hart causing problems but we coped reasonably well until half time. It was a clumsy challenge from Lionel but i'm convinced it happened outside the box. Btw Lionel didn't crumble after his mishap. He actuallly played reasonably well in the 2nd half. We improved 2nd half and Rooney took his goal really well prior to that Foran had hit the bar and Lionel had a good effort tipped over by Douglas. Cox and Sanchez both spurred great chances for us to win the game but Griffiths and Hart also had chances for them. Red card was deserved for Harkins, encouraging performance but i would say it was ashame not to win today....and Johnny Hayes was missed today. Bring on County next week.

New Scotland top
Very stylish. Much better than the last one.
-
Bulvitus
Keep him. He has improved after a rocky start and i think he will only get better.

Levein for Scotland
Levein is a good manager but i don't think he quite stands up as international material but now i think about it i really can't think of a perfect manager for the Scotland job which makes Levein the right man to settle for. He will either burn or it will work out well enough.

Up and coming moves or not
Barrowman can go as we could use his salary for someone better. I wouldn't object to Douglas Imrie going for a fee either. Eagle and Stratford can go as well as both have shown that there really not good enough for this league and i think even TB is beginning to see that. Bulvitis should get his deal extended, he has had his off days but has also shown his qualities. Hayes, Foran and Esson are 3 players that we must look to get sorted though it will be very difficult with SPL clubs and Dundee floating about. Cox, Sanchez, and Proctor are 3 other players who i think deserve a new deal. If Odi and Lionel continue to impress i'd say they deserve the same. Don't mind McBain, he is getting on but isn't a bad player when used. Golabek is just done. I know Lionel has his off days sometimes but at least he can move. I don't know what the situation is like financially but i'm guessing not all of this is possible but if it is this is what i would do.

Biggest game of the season...
If we can beat them in the league at some point this season i would be happy.

Up and coming moves or not
I was suggesting we get Bully on a longer contract because he will fetch a fee at somepoint (not now when he is out of contract in 2 weeks!) .. only 22 and a very talented player IMO There is no point in using the 1 yr contracts to see who has made an impression and then not sign them for a longer duration... we're just advertising them to the rest of the league agreed, I had high hopes for Barrowman this year but Butcher obviously doesn't fancy him so he is just taking up wages at the moment Suppose. Though i would rather do the 1 year deal thing that not get any new players. I agree about Bull. He is a talented player. I hope they do extend his deal.

Up and coming moves or not
I seriously doubt we will get a fee for Bully, his contract is up in about a fortnight. Players we would get a fee for would be the likes of Hayes and Foran yes. Wouldnt be suprised if we got one for Imrie as there may be a few SPL teams keen on him. The 1 year thing has been successful in which it has helped us see who has made an impression and who is a complete dud. One thing we HAVE to do in January is try and get rid of Barrowman, before he bleeds us dry of money. It is obvious he is not going to feature and i don't see us losing Rooney or Foran.

Biggest game of the season...
I don't rate our title hopes at all anymore but all it would take is one win and then who knows...

Mark Hughes sacked?
Very shady but it was always coming. No matter what kind of form City were in it is obvious the owners didn't think he had the appropriate pedigree for the job. I do hope he bounces back as he has proven what a good manager he is.

Team for Dundee
May as well just stick to the same as last week as there is nothing better to do.
