Ashame. Was starting to look a bit more consistent. Wish they had taken him for the season. Sanchez will be on his tod now.

Duncan, Rooney, Munro, Barrowman??? I thought Rosscoe was one but obviously not.
  3. Rooney pen. 1-0
  4. Agreed with Manny. Duncan played well enough on Monday to stay in the team but overall i'd say the teams about right. Duncan i guess can cover full back as well as midfield. And having Hayes and Odi provide good attacking options.
  5. Go to it Don. I'd sure love to see an ICT's fans thoughts...
  6. Club legend. Deserves all the praise he gets. Would love a traditional Rosscoe run ti win us the game today I'm also pleased he has taken the initative to voice his concerns about the clubs future. Shows he has got the bottle to ask the question as it is something that must be sorted sooner rather than later
  7. Someone clearly got up on the wrong side of the bed.

Another one of TB's random finds. Hope he looks the buisness but i do also hope we get Bulvitis sorted out as i would hate to lose him at this stage of the season. Wonder if Johnny Hayes knows him at all. He is a product of Reading's youth system as well.

Hope we get something sorted. He is only now starting to look more solid with Munro. Sounds like his parent club are being very stubborn.

Imrie says he wants too stay at the club when his contract expires. He dosen't expect to be offered a new deal this month though.
  12. A more than ample replacement. Like Johnboy says, experienced pro so he should be capable of playing well in a variety of areas. Only thing that concerned me was he always looked to move the ball onto his right foot.
  13. Looked like the ICT of old tonight. Good attacking footy and a solid backline that was rarely troubled. Hayes had played well building up to his injury but Douglas was certainly more than up for this game and had been taking some stick from Section G leading up to him coming on. But he silenced them with a cracking goal. Though he fell down like a shot elephant before hand and was faining injury. Could have easily had 3 or 4. Everyone put in a good shift tonight, though Sanchez was far too heavy on his touch at times and denied himself a good opportunity by over hitting it. Referee had a few dodgy calls tonight. We should have had a penalty in the 1st half when Foran was wrestled to the ground while going up for a header and Hateley should have been sent off for a cynical challenge on Dougie...but i'am so pleased to see us get such a great result. Hope it brings out some good league form now. Roll on Killie.
  14. Thank goodness. Lets get some cup upsets on the go now...

  16. dunno if eagle and stratford went then i doubt that mcbain would go as we do still need some cover in midfield Sorry i should have mentioned. I don't want McBain to go. But i think he will. I don't rate Eagle and Stratford at all, and believe they should go.

Was it not when they had just been relegated? I remember reading that Juanjo was one of his first signings and that he was eventually voted the worst player to play for Bradford by a fan poll. Ironic.
  18. Very harsh. They admitted to making the mistake, guessing it isn't the last of it either.

Gary Caldwell joined Wigan according to hi agent. Liverpool have apparently signed Marouane Chamakh from Bordeaux and are about to sign Maxi Rodriguez from Atletico Madrid.

You better hope not ! Tbh i don't really know what to hope for. If he stays, fine. He ain't that bad but if he goes it gives us a chance to get someone new but given how inconsistent Butcher can be with his finds i wouldn't complain if Duff were to stay.

According to the courier he may still come back.

He played well enough but he obviously isn't keen on playing here. He can feel free to rot in Aberdeen's reserves for the rest of the season.

Did superbly well with virtually no money ever to spend. Got them in the top 6 more than once. Helped develope the likes of Steven Naismith and Kris Boyd, salvaged careers such as Kevin Kyle and Mehdi Taouil. With the years of service and loyalty he has given them he is a man that can leave with his head held high.

Bulvitis and Duff's loan spells have now expired i think. Anyone heard at all if we are any closer to getting them renewed?
  25. Eagle and Stratford haven't worked out at all. Barrowman is a massive waste of space and WILL probably go. Roy McBain will probably never play for us again. It would'nt suprise me if Butcher is trying to force put Duncan as well as he has tryed to play 3 players ahead of him. First was Kerr, then Stratford and now Stuart Duff. Get the feeling TB dosent rate him much. Anyhoo the first four mentioned above all going could trim the squad sufficently.
