  1. Rather annoying as Monday is usually a busy night for me. This dosen't help much unless it turns out to be worth going too.

Middlesbrough have apparently agreed a fee with Celtic for Flood so i don't think he will be heading to Dens. He's too good for them anyway.

Is Gollie fit again? If not we have Shinnie as well who i would like to see more of.
  4. Hoping we get Falkirk, revenge is in my mind.
  5. Premier League club with players participating in the African cup of nations demanding their players to be sent home. No suprise.

Here here - I second that emotion. I was not overly keen on Butchers appointment as you can acertain from previous posts. However I honestly do believe if anyone can get us back to the land of milk and honey it is him. So for me I wish to forget about potential new appointments and continue with the status quo. I totally agree. It isn't fair on Butch who i think is doing the best job he can do. Especially given what little resources we have to give him. I did'nt expect us to win the league but i at least wanted us to play well enough to get results in most games and after the usual slow start to our season we now appear to be doing that, though the draws could turn into wins.

Doubt if we could afford him. He is affordable, it's the expenses of the scouts he sends to Fiji that will break the bank. And his first signings would be Kevin Muscat and Craig Moore which would plunge us into debt with there wages...but i'm still routing for Renegade. ;)

    Renegade.

An unforgettable time in which we boosted our status, caused some major problems for big teams that rocked the footballing world, that all ended about 3 years ago. Now it is all rather dismal. We don't really appear to be going anywhere, we are losing money by paying players we should never have and our rivals are better than us. Therefore i'd say about 3 quarters of the decade has been enjoyable.
  10. The Driver was shot dead according to the TV news. Very sad and pritty sick.

Which was followed up by a free kick against Celtic which went out for a throw in. I have not forgotten that at all. He was never going to score from that angle and it was a perfect example of how good he thinks he is as opposed to how good he actually is...and after his Hearts goal i knew he would shoot.

Dont really care. He is decent enough but he is'nt on my list of indispensables.
  15. My Dad had got a copy of one. Think he was down at the ground during the week. They had gone to print before we played Dundee so they were a good few days before the game,
  16. They had, i have a copy at home.
  17. Me + 4 and the shovel if required.
  18. While i do agree with the comments that McGhee is becoming a crazy man he comes across in the P&J as being quite open to the prospect of Stuart Duff staying here but as of this weekend his current deal has expired and with Aberdeens squad being so tight McGhee would want to keep all his senior players available for cup competition.

The Bible story or the footall club? :(

Says in todays Courier that they are hopeful of sorting out new deals for Bulvitis and Stuart Duff till the end of the season.
  21. The finishing was crap but the game overall was fairly entertaining. Rangers were obviously playing for the point and Celtic's attacking play was good but the final product usually from Samaras or McGeady was rather poor. When the wee G from down under put the Hoops ahead i thought it was game over but Rangers did well to fight back and hold on as that save from McGregor was top class. The 0-0 draw last season was terrible. Steve Conroy's decision making left alot to discuss as well.

If your son is young enough Birdog he may grow out of it but it is a slim chance.
  23. This has been quoted as the worst winter in about 20 years so hopefully it won't be as bad next year. I for one am against Winter break, some of the best games i have ever seen have been played within December, January time.
  24. Already being discussed.
  25. Thats why this is better than the SPL, well done the Diamonds.
