  4. No doubt their new assistant manager will be working closely with them on their fitness levels. Aye.. they will be knackered by the end of August.
  5. Have to agree with that, he was too prone to howlers, and his kick outs from pass-backs were a very strong laxative - mostly all the time.
  6. A local business consortium funded by........ Orion and a Mr Savage?
  7. Suffocated by Jordans cleavage whilst having to listen to her rabbit on about that dreep Andre...
  8. Aye.. it is an ongoing problem with the french cars mainly, the coilspring on Peug/cit differs from 'normal' springs insomuch as its shape is oval vertically, ie the centre coils are maybe 25mm wider in the middle than at the ends, ordinary springs have the loops mostly all the same diameter. The problem arises when a spring fractures on a cit/peu it invariably collapses over itself causing the car to lurch down on that side and the force of the action can cause the sharp end to spring sideways into the tyre. Ordinary springs because the coils are similar diameter will drop onto the next coil causing little change and probably not be detected till MOT time or next service.
  9. Marius Nicolae - he is a quality player - maybe not for the Scottish game.
  10. One word...... MONEY
  11. Thought it was e500k which at the time equated to ?411k ? might be wrong and canna be assed looking back.
  12. Would the cut from the transfer fee not come out of the ?400k that we recieved? this will surely have put aside as the club knew he was due this fee, therefore only the ?80k will have to be found. Anyway Marius should waive the fee as we really did put him back on the map... he might have ended up in a dead end job in Dingwall otherwise! Oh aye... who the feck arranged a transfer cut of ?185k from a total of ?400k ?????? were we that desperate to get rid of him, i would'nt mind finding out who sorted that deal on behalf of the club.
  13. Not an easy start - however i dont think there will be any 'easy' games. Mini bus for Pars game for sure!!! And... not a sunday, 12.30, or 2pm kick off anywhere to be seen.
  14. Three points at home will be very welcome... nice to see a win for a change.
  15. Like a Dundee supporter eh?
  16. Aye.. for sure, that beard is a wee bit more grey and the joggers are getting tight!! :D
  17. It was the ICT chairman who claimed we are going on 'straight back up' policy at the club, therefore players that leave must be replaced with players who are good enough to make us better than the other teams - correct ? We still have a good keeper in Ryan Esson.
  18. 33 and plagued by injuries, krap for Midden last season... feckin hope he doesn't turn up here.
  19. And i see we have been installed as joint favorites to win the first div. with Dundee, that will no doubt increase the crowds!!!!! Its been a while since we we made favorites to win anything eh?
  20. I think he's waiting for big Tel to come back from holiday to have a chat, likewise other players may well be stalling too. See Grassa has two english based players lined up, just waiting to hear back, one is a loan the other a signing, midfielders apparently.
  21. Aye.. very good, might have worked but you've given the game away now!
  22. :clapping03: :clapping03: Aye...very good Charles.... errrr have you been smoking the kak again?
  23. Oh aye... yer wife watches it then?
  24. Fair observations Scotty, It occurs to me that there is indeed a bit of a thorny fence between the board and the fans which probably went further downhill after the trust meeting/ protests against Brewster. DFS did not do the board any favours with his comments about DJS and the fans, and i'd agree that the relationship is strained at the moment and bringing it 'back' will need a fair bit of work. I find it a wee bit sad that there is a barrier between the sections as in the current climate we need to be working together a bit more.
