  1. Feckin saddo's... i will now not buy mars bars!!!! never bought them before mind you.. :003:
  2. 'It just shows how far we have come that 11 years ago we lost to East Stirling and ALbion Rover in front of less than 500 people' Agree.. however you are maybe a bit young to have seen us play under Baltacha! the crowds improved when Pele came along.
  3. But would Arsenil gave preferred to let advantage be played, go a goal down but keep the keeper on? I think they would still have been beat.. But how the commentators annoy my ***.. oh the shyte that comes out is desperate.. the one where Ronaldinho misses a snap shot, the commentator says with a very smug, sarcastic comment ' ho ho best player in the world eh?' Plonker.
  4. A freshen up is probably on the cards and has been needed for a while in the SFL, I can see a set up whereby we have the SPL, and an SPL2/Championship with 2 or 3 regional leagues fighting for a place/places in the SPL2. This would cut costs for smaller clubs and make travelling easier for fans.

Whats wrong with Caff? I'd prefer the Golly of old cos i'm not a great fan of Hastings, but Golly will never be the same as he used to be. I'm sure we could do better than either.

Dont know what the fuss is, i told you all this 10 days ago. Rankin will still be here.
  8. Well lets face it, now we are all friends again, the members club did f-all, really just a pack of dinosaurs in a club designed to keep the dissenters pre-merger happy. The supporters club also was also like a toothless trout - no disrespect Mairi, so the trust i suppose will be a way of the 'ordinary' supporters a chance to be involved - to an extent, with the club. This may only be a small extent however with DS in charge we have a very strong person at the helm with whom we can trust the running of the club.
  9. Barry Wilson - the legend and.... the Manfortheshirt ...
  10. Get in touch with Peter or John - links on that website, ask for rights to use and wait... and have visa platinum ready :015:
  11. All in all a very enjoyable season, some great games, one or two not so good. The last 5 games proved that we are the best of the rest. If onlys: we had not drawn with Plastick... we had not given Aberdire 3 points when they didnt deserve them. we had Duncan scoring more 30 yd goals :003:
  12. Great stuff Peterhead, love Stewarty and co to do them over!!!
  13. :015: Heard that one, was he not between two lady ' friends ' at the time?
  14. Thats because he was enjoying highland 'hospitality' too much :005:
  15. A sensible post dram69, as you state the vast majority of fans are saddend by the loss of a potentially good footballer to injury, caused by a combination of inexperience and frustration. I hope this dies down a bit before next season.
  16. Never saw him play after the Jan window closed, but all reports he went off his game with all the media attention, also i was at a wedding last sat. where Stuart Gilmour was a guest, he said that their interest from St Mirren was an attempt to put the player off for the run in to end of the season - sure worked, he didnt score much after that. Ross County have also now got the problem that they have a player who admits he wants to play in the SPL, By holding on to him he will not be giving 100% in my mind.
  17. Maybe if the rumours about Proc going to the Arabs is true, Parrat may look to stay and secure a place in the pecking order for RB. Foxy has talent, but he cant be very bushy tailed about being stuck in the reserves, so might think about a move for first team footie.

Duncan Chisholm mantis? the fiddler? Me a celebrity !!!! fecks sake, what next, We really didnt fix it for you to win Grantys top Alex
  19. Add Mike McCurry to that list RIG, its true we have seen some dire referee performances this season, much much worse than we saw in the first div. two seasons ago. Whether its the quicker one touch type football i dont know, but its the lack of consistancy which causes the problem and angers fans and players alike.
  20. 'great were getting rory on new deal, hes brilliant' Ehh, brilliant? wee bit over the top with the description, a long way to go before he gets called brilliant. Last time i saw him play a full game for the reserves he was gash.

Hold on... did Jim Mcreath the sec / chairman of the culloden ICT supporters club not get Sean Connery to support us or something?
  22. caley100 replied to RiG's topic in Caley Thistle
Gordon Ramsay also came to a game.. ex gers now a soft spot for us maybe?
  23. Nice to see, however if there was no split, we would probably not get the points though, so its a false postion. Cant see the split lasting much longer meself.
  24. Have to say i was impressed with Fraser, only seen him play in the reserves, but last night he really looked the part. He had one save in the second half which looked top drawer stuff, well it looked brill from the bridge end anyway.
  25. Cant see CC making too many changes, Caff, Fraser, Mcbain to start, and the young uns to come on later. Fox not making the squad, is that a sign?
