Proctor didn't make the grade with us. The fact that we were able to offload him to the mugs at Tannadice AND get a ?20k transfer fee was one of the best pieces of business we have ever done. He was absolutely gash at Tannadice and was culpable for a few of the goals their defence leaked early last season. Never got anywhere near the first team after that. Disappointing signing, yet rather predictable.

He is probably a better shotstopper than fraser. If he can cut out the howlers (and I believe he did so in his loan spell at Gretna) he could well become first choice.

I'd rather have Zbigniew Boniek in goals. At least it's competition for the place, which we didn't have before.

I would understand and support the stewards' actions if they were ejecting fans for poor grammar and spelling.

Bad news for those who were dusting off their old "Brewster 25" top!

It's the most controversial appointment we have ever made and the club's senior management have knowingly put themselves in the firing line. What's done is done, it's now time to start winning.

It's just a pity there is so little time to move players on and find replacements, because I think Brewster has shown himself to be a good judge and is not afraid to be ruthless.
