"Serie A" in Perth is my favourite. All the pizzas and pastas are named after Italian footballers and teams.
  2. Last time it was my turn to drive to a home game Mantis found a pubic hair on my dashboard. He assumed it belonged to F**tballers Wife... but we all know that's not possible :004:
  3. Emperor of all the world! :021:
  4. What on earth is this all about? From BBC : First Division Clyde have been left reeling by a damaging public split between manager Graham Roberts and player-assistant Joe Miller. It appears certain that one or both will leave after an internal probe by the Cumbernauld club. Roberts was accused of making racist and anti-Semitic remarks during an end-of-season team trip to Canada. And Miller has vowed not to work again with Roberts and pleaded innocence over allegations of missing money. Clyde's investigation is being delayed by Roberts being on holiday but say they are likely to come to a decision within two weeks. "The club is actively engaged in investigating these allegations," said a spokesman. I offered my resignation on my return from Canada but was asked to have a rethink "As soon as this is concluded, we will call a media conference." The alliance between former Rangers defender Roberts and ex-Celtic forward Miller began last summer. And the Canada trip was funded by a dinner held to to celebrate this season's Scottish Cup win over Celtic. But reports suggest that a row erupted when Miller said there was no cash left for a players' night out. Miller told Monday morning newspapers: "I deny all allegations which have been made. "I was entrusted with the money from the players' pool along with two other players. "One thing is certain - I will not be working with that man again. "The players have been told the truth and the truth will prevail. "I offered my resignation on my return from Canada but was asked to have a rethink." A players spokesman added: "We met Joe and spent several hours going over the accusation and have no doubt he has no case to answer. "The whole situation is unfortunate and the first we knew of any allegations was when we read the Sunday papers. "Having spoken together as a squad, every player is of the opinion the allegations are ridiculous." Meanwhile, a Strathclyde Police spokesman confirmed: "We can confirm an allegation of financial irregularities involving Clyde has been received. "At this stage, it has yet to be established if any crime has been committed." Roberts was not available for comment.
  5. Of course the reason we got Juanjo in the first place was that he was on trial at Livi and about to sign for them, but when Lilley became available they went for him instead....big mistake!
  6. Presumably the nature of the recent discussion with Brew was that ICT would be prepared to sell Black and Proctor to Utd if the price was right - but that we would not sell other targets like Dods, hence no bid for him. Our rejection of the initial bids is just part of the process.
  7. Having just seen the Dundee Courier article posted by CaleyD on the Rumour Mill this morning, I actually suspect that Radio Tay were basing their story on that, rather than having any fresh news.
  8. Looks like we might be beyond the rumour stage on this saga. They are reporting this morning that Utd's bids for Black and Proctor have been accepted, no mention of the amounts though. Also saying that ICT are fighting to keep Dods.
  9. I'm afraid T&T didn't look like they'll be troubling any of their opponents :007:
  10. I expect the England team will be awarded MBEs or knighthoods.
  11. There's a really good one in Anstruther, within reach of an away trip to East Fife.
  12. Good point, I had been thinking Ronnie O' Sullivan.
  13. Somebody just showed me Lea in a porn film. There's nowt wrong with porn, but when she's in it, urghhh! It's repulsive, not at all nice.
  14. Showing our players the housing in Dundee is a surefire way to get them to sign their contract extensions.
  15. More to the point, what did Dundee Utd pay to get Lee Miller? :015: :015: :015: Goals this season Dargo 20 Miller 7 I think this makes Dargo worth about £1m.
  16. KB you should have said yes....and then played really badly! Or you could have pulled out at the last minute, blaming a metatarsal.
  17. Pray tell Mantis, where exactly did you go that had such a big toilet seat?
  18. Why on earth is a Utd fan calling himself "cantbeatus"? :015:
  19. You win a goalkeeping lesson from Les Fridge.
  20. Pleased to see Henrik Larsson a Champions League winner, he deserves that kind of reward after spending most of his superb career playing for teams he was too good for. I doubt we will ever see such a good striker playing in Scotland again. Couldn't score against ICT though!
  21. How can our players be thinking over the offers when Utd have made no approach to ICT for them? Are you suggesting that Utd are guilty of illegal tapping of our players? Surely not!
  22. True, but in the last few games of the season Golly finally started to look his usual self, and finally back to full fitness. There's a clean slate for both of them at the start of next season.
