  1. people! calm down lets be contructive here. have to agree, that youve been very pesimistic. perhaps in an atempt to show that you are seeing both sides of the coin, but your first 2 you did were very good, cant say i agree with what youve said in this one but try not to be over critical, or to over think it. say it how you see it and try to be positive, it is a fans view after all.
  2. Not at all. We all know the financial constraints happening within the Scottish game at this time, so much so that Hearts, fresh from winning a Scottish Cup, were unable to retain their manager and star player. I never bumped this thread in attempt to undermine the manager's position, rather providing an opinion/scenario on what is after all, what the thread is all about, and a scenario I don't believe is impossible come the end of the season. My real fear though, is that come May 2013 (should Butcher still be here), the board are unable to agree terms, Butcher goes with Malpas promoted to manager. And that's a scarey thought! You really are overthinking this. Butchers here for the next year at least I see no reason why he'd want to leave hes earned plenty of dosh in his career in sure David Murray gave a tasty little sum in his time at ibrox and I really don't think Terry's in it for the money, he's enjoying life here unless, he has to take a wage cut that means he can't afford his red vino and his chippy twice a month I don't see it. Tels here, he wants to achieve top 6 with us and that's what he's here to do, let's talk about Terry's future when he's achieved his goals and clubs are after him.
  3. i think you can add cooper 32 to that too if im not mistaken.
  4. im sure you could get on the second bus, i havnt heard anything of it being full, just send a text and ask.
  5. watched the highlights and the main difference i could see was when moscow got a chance they made utds keeper work. in saying that dundee utd were more fluid seemed quicker against a very physical side and mackay-steven tore up the wing. my diagnosis, utd have early season syndrome, lacking a cutting edge which will come with more games, i can see them being even stronger in the second leg with an extra competitive game under their belt, and theyll be one to watch this season. havnt seen any of video of the crowd trouble, tbh cant be ersed with it. its all about the fibaw for me.
  6. Clubs decision, I'd hope that if worst came to worst butcher would take a wage cut, but who knows. That's not for me to ponder and it's up to the board, il trust whatever move they make regarding management, contracts and budgets because whatever they do is in the clubs best interest.
  7. no, hes an arogant t**t and obviously doesnt understand what its like to work on a tight budget.
  8. Hearing got a full bus, and taking bookings for a second one now, sounds like a good turnout. Il be there + ajsict and a few others.
  9. Not really a surprise anymore. Deserves it. Can't think of a better young scottish left back.
  10. Is the deal better money wise than the last, if not its a failure for me. The last tv deal with sky was worth less than what the Norwegian league get for crying out loud. Hope it brings in a few bob and that it's distributed fairly though
  11. Always thought he was a deck as a rangers player but would always of lived someone like him in our team. But as it goes in Glasgow. The people are disgrace themselves. Makes me feel sorry for the majority of weegies that couldn't give a feck.
  12. i think im going to miss the first, month, but im hoping to get into the inverness city first team so wont be able to make every week. so not sure how its going to work out yet, however il be at midden on saturday, and will definatly make as many games as i can.
  13. at least we have a representative, so often it feels like we are overlooked.
  14. On the bright side with so many teams not looking great we could capitalise and finish top 6. Don't eat me. Just Vomiting rainbows as usual.
  15. Unlike Alfred the players that travelled to the game are hard working model professionals. Not spoilt over-rated brats.
  16. Very true. About warren. But I think he's going to be no1 centre half this year so I put him in anyway. Perhaps swap foran and Ross aswell. Foran has great delivery and wins the wide balls from esson 99% of the time. And if Ross is in the middle he can provide more of a creative threat.
  17. Definatly been our most consistent player in pre season. A true captain. He's been nothing short of brilliant.
  18. esson cooper meekings warren g.shinnie ross draper foran doran a.shinnie mckay
  19. i think laing has played right back before for the u19's before i dont know much about him other than he has a great engine but could be utilised there
  20. The way I see it is people were criticising butchers lack of faith in the local boys last season, well he's making half the squad out of them this year. So that puts that argument to rest. If they are good enough they will play if not they will be concealed to the under 20s.
  21. lets just hope coventry dont try snap up any of our good players now. wasnt there but im liking the positivity of all the reviews especially about foran, he promised this season would be better and i really think hes going to be the one that comes through and provides it. top man, could be an inspirational captain next season
  22. Prefer it to any of the recent strips.
  23. If other fans want to dub us rangers of the north then that's fine. All I care about is that ict are competitive and Shove it in their faces.
  24. Where's the papers evidence he is on 1200 a week? Only caley fans could make such a big deal of a light hearted sun article
  25. They are guessing and in this case they are miles Off Ps. Get over it
