  1. You just can't help yourself! As soon as sheep is mentioned! I can't believe there's no sheep emitcon on here. That's baaaaaaaad.
  2. Johndo loves the fluffy wool.... and bad grammar it would appear!
  3. We drew the second half? Shearer must go!
  4. Ahh ICT fans. Is that the same one as the ICT fans on facebook? Did anyone from Bartford United score? I see McKay has scored 3. Pleasing.
  5. I see their game with Morton was postoponed tonight, half an hour before kick off. The reason was yet again a water logged pitch. This seems to happen a heck of a lot of times in Dingwall. The drainage system is awful. From our own experiences, we know that USH makes it even worse. If they get promoted, I can see them having some sort of record for most postponed games in the SPL (due to the added problems of USH). The cries of: 'We have to go all the way up there' 'They should play at a neutral venue' 'No midweek games all the way up there' 'Chuck them out of the league' etc etc will be deafening from the Lowland SPL teams. I do enjoy it when our geographical location / Highland weather angers Lowland teams. They'll be twice as angry if County go up as well. Pleasing.
  6. Watch it (whilst standing) with the sound down. It's better than TCS!
  7. http://news.stv.tv/s...-fund-takeover/ It just gets better and better!
  8. Yankees
  9. Sergei Baltacha Jnr, played for St Mirren, and I am sure he played at Caledonian Stadium. Born in Kiev so it would have been part of the Soviet Union at the time - his wikpedia confirms this, although i've read many interesting stories on there! Edit: Wikipedia says he played for St Mirren 1999 - 2003. I do remember him playing as well.
  10. Perhaps some sort of small inscription on the top. Even '1994-2014' just above the eagle.
  11. Brian Clough summed it up well. Perhaps we have this blasting over the microphone.
  12. HT: 1-0 FT:2-0 1st ICT: Owain-Tudor Jones 1st Opp: Healy Crowd: 6123
  13. A few months ago, Criag Whyte created a new business - Glasgow City Rangers. I am certain this will be the new name.
  14. Can't beat a bit of Indiana Jones.
  15. How about everyone (players included) wear black arm bands for the demise of Rangers.
  16. I will also be surprised if we don't have many broken seats in the away end. Expect more of this next week. http://www.heraldsco...orance.16793838
  17. This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate the last 20 years and the 109 years of history from before that. Caley Thistle wouldn't exist as we know it if it wasn't for the merger. If anyone is offended, then that is their problem. As CaleyD said in a previous post: "Good chance to bury this fear that exists about all things "merger" related and for club and fans to view our heritage (from both clubs) as something to be proud of."
  18. Good post! Anniversary strip for sure. A Caley Thistle legends match A legends match between ex Caley and Thistle players. Calder, Urquhart, Skinner etc etc. Many of them may not be the fittest any more though!
  19. I agree. It doesn't add up. The administrators are in charge and they are there to cut costs. Their not going to win anything this season, so he has no added value. Their job is to curb the spending, not sign players. I wonder if they are part of a wider Craig Whyte conspiracy?!
  20. Poor game but i think the draw was a fair result. Foran is a fantastic captain and it showed yesterday. We played better when OTJ and McKay came on. I would start both of them next week. Anyone hear some Pars fans booing Gnapka at the start? They need to look at the team sheet I think!
  21. Where does 31st March come from. My understanding is that if a club is in admin at close of season they cannot compete. They have to apply for Uefa license before 31st March. That is the deadline. Uefa don't issue licenses to teams in administration after 31st March.
