  1. Great to see the cup at Dalneigh Primary School today. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
  2. Not sure, but I quite fancy going there too.
  3. Best of luck boys - This is YOUR time - so get out there and have fun running rings round the opposition. I'm so jealous of everyone who's there to cheer you on, and I'd love it if you could arrange to be at Upton Park as I can make it to that game. To all Caley Thistle fans in Romania, enjoy.
  4. Well Done DBJ and Scotty, a fantastic feat of organisation. I can't go but I've still enjoyed watching the numbers add up. Hope you all have a ball.
  5. This must be the most painfully awful mascot ever invented and I cringe on behalf of anyone connected to Partick Thistle, but it has certainly got lots of publicity for their club (although I think this confirms that there is such a thing as bad publicity).
  6. Very sad to hear about Nick's departure, but I'm sure that this move will be a successful one for him, although I hope it's not at our expense. It will be good for him to broaden his horizons on and off the pitch, but I hope he comes back to us one day in the future. He has been a wonderful role model for local youngsters showing that dreams can come true with self belief and a good work ethic. I'll never forget his goal in the League Cup Semi Final, a real local hero. Thanks Nick and best of luck.

Not sure if this would be practical, but if there was possibly a 10 home game flexi season ticket for fans who find that work or family commitments mean that they cannot attend every home game. Of course it would be subject to availability at individual games.
  8. Wooden he be a bit of a hothead?

An added effect of a large Season Ticket take up is that there would be a possible shortage of tickets available for individual games making people more inclined to snap them up early rather than risk missing out.

I'm already missing the city centre shop - especially with the likelihood that there will be cup winning merchandise for me to spend money that I don't have on.
  11. There should now be a bank holiday tomorrow so we could celebrate for a wee bit longer
  12. Forgot to say earlier, the bell ringers at the cathedral were a lovely surprise as the open top bus rounded the corner towards the Northern Meeting Park.
  13. Sadly we're used to our managers getting head hunted. It's all out of our control, but JH would only have to look at the fate of those who went before him to appreciate what he has here. Money plus fame does not always equal happiNESS.
  14. Me too if I'm honest. Sorry.
  15. Loved the celebrations in Inverness today. Feeling a bit jaded after yesterdays post match hi-jinks, we popped into the Palace Hotel for a coffee while we watched for the bus and then followed it round to the NMP. The boys looked so happy, Scooty and co sang their song and David Raven showed what a talented lad he is with his own sing song for the crowd. It was a nice touch that the boys stayed around to chat, pose for photos and sign autographs. A perfect end to a perfect season.
  16. Thanks legibroon. Falkirk can be proud that they really put us under pressure - until the final whistle it was not too enjoyable watching from our end. It was great chatting with Falkirk fans en route and before the game, we met some lovely people and the atmosphere was amazing. Who needs the old firm? I hope the long arm of the law showed some compassion to the guy who went on a crazy run around at the goal end when Falkirk scored. Roll on next season when it all starts again.
  17. Looking forward to it.
  18. Looks amazing now that I see our combined efforts. Well done to all who organised and set up card display. FANTASTIC day. Exhausted but glad to be able to say I was there. Thank you to our team. Night night.
  19. It sounds like something from one of your dreams (or rather a nightmare).
  20. I think it's safe to say that there are a few new junior ICT supporters in Dalneigh lately. The class of 2015 left nursery singing 'Oh Inverness is Wonderful' at the top of their voices today. I'm sure that's in the curriculum somewhere.
  21. Dalgetty Bay jaggy says he has seats on a bus on Cup Final sales thread or the story goes that another train has been put on so you might want to try that caley 1885.
  22. Maybe it could be playing at the social club on Friday when STV come calling.
  23. A 'like' is not enough. I love your song AJS!
  24. I popped in to the Victorian Market shop this morning for one of the new cup final scarfs, or is it scarves, and the last one had just been sold. Bad news for me, but great news for the club. I'm so glad that they have taken this opportunity to stock lots of new goodies and that the citizens of Inverness and the surrounding area have been digging deep and getting into the spirit. I love all the fun stuff from CJT as well. A permanent shop in the city centre would be great.
  25. Well done to all those involved in organising the buses. It must be a nightmare, but it must be one of the biggest contributing factors in encouraging people to travel down to Hampden from the highlands. Thanks to all of you.
