Team News - Injuries and Suspensions etc
I see Jason Brown is going to Cove on loan for a month. Strange timing given our defensive injuries?

After watching Richie's interview, no Draper or Fisher, but Raven, King and Mulraney should be fit. Version 2 of my team: Fon Williams Raven Mckay, Warren, Tremarco Tansey, Polworth Doran, Cole, King Anier Supect Vigurs and Doumbouya will start ahead of Polworth and King. We shall see!

There is an article on the STV website quoting the Sun as saying United have turned down a bid if £40,000 from a Swedish side as they are holding out for £250,000. Suspect that rules us out!

Ex-ICT players' news
Not Wedderburn is in the SPFL Team of the week on the SPFL website. Seemingly he now controls the centre of midfield for Dunfermline. He must have come on, as I thought he always took a touch or turned back, often putting himself in trouble, and was too left sided.

I'd play Raven if fit and Cole than King and Boden, so: Fon Williams Raven, Mckay, Warren, Tremarco Tansey, Draper Polworth, Cole, Doran Anier

That's unfortunate. Presumably Raven will come in at right back with Mckay alongside Warren. If Raven does not make, Brown at centre half leaving Mckay at right back so Polworth can be in midfield? Just a thought.

Is OFW still playing with his injury? That could explain his apparent lapses. I read a report that said Meekings, Draper, Fisher, King and Mulraney were injured. Along with Raven, McNaughton and Horner that makes 8 first team squad members out. Worrying for the league campaign. I could not be there today but just relieved we are through. Sounds like Cole way e key man and hopefully the win inspires us to turn things round in the league. Three big games ahead, hopefully at least seven points!

HELLGIN AWAY
The banter in the build up is great, hope the game gives us the encouragement for the rest of the season. I can't be there due to a family birthday, but will be watching the BBC text service discretely. Having seen the comments about Anier, I am hopeful he will be a good acquisition. Doubt he will start on Saturday, and I still think we need a defender. With wing backs, three at the back may be what we need. My team: Fon Williams Mckay, Warren, Meekings, Tremarco Draper, Tansey Doran, Polworth, Cole Fisher but we will see!

Inverness CT -V- Motherwell
Having watched the highlights attached to OCGs report, Fon Williams had no chance at the first goal, it was all down to the wind. For the second, Warren slipped early in the build up, which probably helped create the space. Cole slipped a few times in the same area, so the pitch possibly had issues too. On another night, with luck going our way (and a better ref) it would have been a comfortable win. More than ever, we need to get behind the Manage and players, as we are still in touch with the pack despite a rotten run. We must be confident things start to fall more in our favour, but let's keep backing the guys, no matter how tough they make it for us!

Inverness CT -V- Motherwell
I felt the game was there for the taking until the first goal. From where I was sitting, I could see it was net bound, so assume Fon Williams lost the flight of the ball in the wind. Unlike some, I thought Vigurs did as well as anyone, although I would have picked Doran or Mckay if I was picking the man of the match. The long ball tactic has been seriously rumbled by defenders, so I feel we need to mix it up a bit. Doran was lively when he came on, and hopefully starts on Saturday, with Polworth in a more central role playing off the striker. I cannot manage the County game as on family duties, but hope we have a loud travelling support and get a repeat of last year's 3-0 win!

Scott Boden
I agree, he could be useful in that role.

Team for Castle Greyskull
We have to be positive, and transfer that thinking to the players too. We are good enough to stay up.

Oh dear, bottom after tonight's games. Dundee winning not helpful. Unless we win tomorrow, we are in bottom two for Christmas, but at least still in touch with the pack. A win gets us to 9th unless Hamilton beat Celtic. Hopefully the guys get something tomorrow, then we have two big games before the break that should both be winnable!

Ex-ICT players' news
Is that the same Ryan Williams we had for the second half of last season who is now a regular on the bench at Barnsley?

Kilmarnock -V- Inverness CT
Agreed, I will take that point after seeing three subs on early due to injuries and being one down. A tough one next week in Glasgow, but hopefully we get something and get a good turn out against Motherwell to encourage he team on to win the last home game of the year. Then hopefully we go to Dingwall and turn County over! Great to see Polworth back, but what is the story with Doran: is he one of the walking wounded?
