  2. Awesome performance from Barca'....but were they made to look good because Real were awful...
  3. I have visited the Tourist Information office in Inverness on several occasions and I have never seen anything relating to football...or any other local sport come to that. Having said that, I've not really been looking for it, but, suffice to say, there was nothing that caught the eye.
  4. I have had first hand experience of this...never a truer word spoken. Have a green dot.
  5. HELP!!! The 'W', 'A' and 'T' have fallen off my jacket.

Always worth a shout at 14/1 but I won't be bothering. My betting record at the moment is dire! I would say 14/1 is about right. Rangers winning all 9 games so far and being at home as well makes the odds stack up against us. Yes, we have a great away record in the league and could cause an upset. My gut feeling on this one is we are going to get gubbed. I say that on the basis that teams like Killie and Hamilton can tear our defence to bits and if Rangers do the same they will have players who can fininsh off the moves.
  11. Fair point...but I think you could rule the Killie game out so far as the majority of the 1st team squad is concerned. Hopefully they'll have eyes on the Valencia home game especially if they're still in with a shout of qualifying. And we should have most of players back from injury by then. There is always hope.
  12. Had this have been 1st April I'd have spotted it straight away. Gazza I'll give it two weeks...tops.

Back in the div 1-3 days (prior to our 1st outing in the SPL) we expected the team to try to do well in every game we played regardless as to whether it was cup or league. These days though money rules the game and club so, unfortunately, SPL survival has to be the priority. Yes, it would be great to lift a cup but that won't pay the way if we got relegated. Sad but true.
  17. As I said on another thread....Look on the bright side folks....we could be Liverpool fans.

  19. Celtic 6 Inverness Caledonian Thistle Reserves 0....there, sounds better now doesn't it?
  20. I never was confident with our defence, injuries or not. I'm still unsure about Tuffey as well. As the song goes...'things can only get better'
  21. Shocking..even it was a reserve side. Really feel sorry for those that made the effort to go to the game.
  22. I reckon Foran will be on soon...
  23. From Sporting Life web site... 10mins Celtic are in control of the match. Key player: Joe Ledley 20 Celtic are in total control. Key player: Joe Ledley 30 Celtic are in total control. Key player: Joe Ledley 40 Celtic are in total control. Key player: Georgios Samaras
