    • Season Tickets + Resignation Confirmation
Firstly; we can confirm the resignation of our Chairman and Board member Ross Morrison. He leaves with our sincere thanks for the dedicated service he has given to the Club and we are indebted to him for his passion, tireless effort and crucial investment in the Club.

We can also announce that our CEO Scot Gardiner has tendered his resignation, which has been accepted by the Board. Scot is now serving his notice and will be continuing to help the Club get through this difficult period.

    • Administration pending unless...
Administration pending, unless... How can we go from SupercaleygoballisticCelticareatrocious in the year 2000, to Scottish Cup Winners in 2015, playing in Europe and just 9 years after lifting the Cup; Administration. Mismanagement and our demise was hastened by the appointment of Scot Gardiner. Ever since then, ludicrous decision making has seen our stock plummet whilst 'shady' dealings were investigated. The failed Concert Company, the Battery Storage, the Statkraft contract have all ended badly leaving the club facing insolvency.

That's another fine mess you've got us into.

      Chairman Ross Morrison resigns

Nothing official from the club as we speak, but the Inverness Courier are running with a story that Ross Morrison has resigned at 18:00 tonight 3rd June.  More to come as this story develops, but most fans are looking for more heads to roll.

Speaking exclusively to The Inverness Courier, Mr Morrison said he is leaving now because of the aftermath of the Fife move. “I believe it [the move to Fife] is the best way forward and I have to stick with my beliefs,” Mr Morrison said. “This is the reason I'm stepping down now.”

Reflecting on his time with the Caley Thistle, Mr Morrison said: “My six-year tenure with the club has had some great and some not so great times but through everything I was immensely proud to be the chairman of the club and clubs I’ve supported for 50 years - I was a Jaggie by the way.

“I would ask the fans to rally round the club at this time and show their support by not only purchasing their season tickets but also getting involved directly with the club to see how they can help.

“Hearing fans saying they would prefer administration to training the first team in Kelty sent a shiver down my spine. Administration is a desperate thing to happen to a club and must, at all cost, not happen to ICTFC.”

  2. What the heck was that opening ceremony all about? Disappointing result your boys and not the best performance. At least you can be proud you smashed the anthem singing. I though Ryan had a good game and would have done better if he got the service he needed. That was prevented by the Germans I feel. Chin up guys, you can always laugh at England on Sunday.

  4. There were many calls for Morrison to go mainly because he employed , defended and trusted Gardiner.Gardiner will go and the details of his contract will be confidential as would any contract covered by the notorious GDPR regulations. Nobody was giving the board credit for cancelling Kelty,.the credit goes to the pressure put on the board by the Trust , the fans and forums like this. I agree if Ferguson had any kind of morality he would be gone and his utter absence in all of this makes me wonder about what his future is. Someone earlier put forward that a drip feed of season ticket money might not be a bad thing to keep the board on their toes. I hope we are both satisfied sooner rather than later. When and how you spend your money is entirely up to you .
  5. To be announced on Monday that the first 15 people to buy a season ticket are in the squad for 2024/25.
  6. Thanks. Interesting to see how he will manage. I assume someone has been recruiting / signing players to start pre-season training next week???.
  7. If the club is in a position to provide assurances of the club’s ongoing financial viability to the Supporters’ Trust which is then able to make this public, why has the club not taken it upon itself to make public statement to that effect?
  8. Kelty topic has been resolved, can you post season ticket comments on season ticket topic please. (easy for you to say ) Other relevant comments can still go on here about ongoing issues, Gardiner, Morrison etc... Cheers
  9. I don’t know the whole story. They had a plan to merge with Strathspey that Strathspey rejected, then it was said they would not be playing in the NCL this season.
  10. Take a bucket and get a collection going to save our souls.

  12. Getting close to £10K now and if displayed names are genuine, there are some pretty recognisable names in there, including former club officials and staff, two former managers, and one assistant, players going back from now to 15+ years ago and even possibly one of our former CEOs or someone with the same name at least (no, not the current or recent CEOs).
  13. indeed ... Will always remember @The Mantis getting me in trouble with Stevie Hislop for something he said on CTO about his running style.
  14. Or will it be Good News Week..,
  15. Thistle are almost back, and are trying to get admitted to the NCFA for the 25/26 season. Dunno how it'll pan out considering how the last revival of Thistle went, but can't imagine they'd be about for long... Not sure why they chose Thistle when they techincally still exist, and a Union/Citadel/Celtic revival would be far more interesting https://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/sport/talks-to-take-place-tonight-about-bringing-inverness-thistle-353094/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  16. Could do a job for us...we need a 'keeper.
  17. Johndo, I've missed you! I did win the lottery, reckon me and Yngwie can maybe go halfers?
  18. There's certainly enough doughnuts at the club but I wouldn't necessarily trust throwing hundreds and thousands at them We're crumbling quicker than an empire biscuit
  19. Following the expiry of many contracts on Sunday, and the comments made by Mark Ridgers, Cammy MacKay and Wallace Duffy, the Supporters Trust has issued a press statement thanking all out of contract players for their contribution to the club, and is shocked and dismayed by the lack of contact made with them by the club regarding their position. The press statement has been e-mailed to all members, and can be viewed here: https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/post/out-of-contract-players We will continue to work on behalf of our members and the wider fan base, and we would welcome further members. Anyone joining now will have their membership apply until the end of July 2025. You can join using this link: https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/join-us Many of you who supported our Stronger Together initiative indicated (understandably) that you would not contribute as long as the CEO was at the club. You can use the link below to contribute to this initiative, either through a subscription or by making a donation. As confirmed before, the Trust Board will only use this to purchase shares in the club when it is has sought and received commitments from the club Board on behalf of the Trust's members: https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/stronger-together
  20. Unfortunately, I do remember this and cannot decide which one looked down on fans, shareholders and sponsors more. They both looked at supporters like they were something on the bottom of their shoe after walking through a cow field.
  21. Why would they sack Gardiner? Not long before quitting and leaving us in this state The (former) Chairman said that Gardiner had been 'loyal' and had been doing a good job. That terrified me because it clearly demonstrated the huge disconnect between the board and the reality of the situation with the fans and Gardiner. Did he not hear fans singing 'Gardiner GTF' week after week? The first thing I thought any half decent board would do after relegation would be to get rid of Gardiner but nope, we doubled down and with 'delight' announced the Kelty move. Personally I think it was just easier for them to employ him, let him tell them how amazing he was doing. Nobody seemed to ever have the backbone to question him, his decisions, his attitude, his methods or his recruitment. Some people have been saying for years he's detrimental to the club, nobody listened. Just pathetic all round.
  22. Sorry haven’t seen your message. There is availability for Annan and Dundee. You can pay in advance or on the day. Sorry we don’t do haircuts though.

  24. Well HMS Sneck is well into the floods now. Morale has been difficult to maintain as the only communication links to the vessel are controlled by the CEO and Tesco's have had difficulties delivering the Whoosies.
  25. I hate to remind people that I revealed the Aquifer problem many years ago and faced derision and disdain. Just hoping now that Gardiner steps on a potential crevice soon
  26. Could we not have sold sections of the pitch to fans to raise a few quid?! The grass in my garden is from Tannadice - the first owner was a Utd player and helped himself to it at the end of the season.
  27. Given today's news, and the comments we received from many who supported our Stronger Together initiative that they (understandably) would not contribute to the initiative whilst the CEO was at the club, now is a good time to "bump" this thread so you can easily see how to contribute. Full details are also on the Trust website by following the "donate" button at: https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/stronger-togetherd
