We desprately need an experienced head to deal with this team. Craig Brown, Terry Butcher or if were to take a great lower leaguer then McInnes would be my man.

But we need to stop lacking ambition and get someone new, no Robbo, no Parky, and defnitely no Pele.

I'd have Terry Butcher in a flash

Doubt McInnes would leave the super j's for us, he hasn't been in management long anyway. Butcher is looking more and more appealing.
