Got to bottom of it.....there will not be a decision today just a case of lawyers having bit of to and fro before the court case, Marius will attend the court case in Inverness on the 8th and 9th of March.

Yes - I am afraid that Marius took me to court - in regard to yon word I used - also a past reference to County fans. I am glad to say that we shook hands and the judge decided that in future qypsyies are to be merely referred to as Caravan Utilising Nomadic TravellerS - Initially I agree with that.

Just a procedural " pre proof" hearing to iron out any ongoing technical issues before the proof in March when it's anticipated that evidence will be heard from both sides to assist the Sheriff in making a final determination.
