With Omicron, I hope I’m wrong but I suspect we will need our youngsters back in the new year and some may get game time as well as making our squad.

Elsewhere, Rory McAllister scored for Cove and Nathan Austin got two for Kelty.

And a shout out for Gary Warren, who scored for Tiverton today.

Yes, great to see.  One other ex ICT scorer today was David Davis for Shrewsbury, his first in 2021.

Jordan White for County and Nathan Austin for Kelty yesterday as their teams lost 2-1 and 5-1.

Andy MacRae got two for Brora today in a 4-4 draw at Formartine.

Ryan Christie for Bournemouth tonight. 

Another year completed, still impacted by the Covid pandemic.  However, I found that ex ICT players managed 357 goals in 2021, a considerable increase on the previous year.  I don’t include goals scored by our ‘out on loan’ players, as strictly speaking, they are not ‘ex ICT’, being still on our books, with ICT probably still contributing to their wages.

The clear ‘winner’ this year has been Henri Anier. A regular scorer in previous years for a few different clubs, this year, back home in his native Estonia, he surpassed himself, at both club (Paide) and country level.  Also featuring well, as usual,  were Nat Austin and Rory McAllister.

Some of our exes have reached some pretty far flung places. An interesting list, with some players I’d forgotten and others I’ve tried to forget. 

And 37 goals for Henri Anier, wow. That must be, let me work this out…..37 more than he scored for us!

Rory McAllister scored for Cove today. 

Garry Wood on target for Brechin today, but after being 3-0 up they lost 5-3 to Fraserburgh and ended up with only 9 players on the pitch. 

Austin for Kelty and Vigurs for Cove today. Oh, and an own goal for Donaldson. 

The site I see Highland League goals on is down so I have not seen them yet.

Are you sure that's the same Jordon White who used to play for us?  On the commentary this afternoon they said "on too many occasions now for Rangers, Jordon White has been able to win a high ball with ease".  

It looks like him but doesn’t play like him!!
