Although during 2018 I didn't bother posting on a daily basis as goals were scored, I did update my  spreadsheets of ex ICT goalscorers every two or three weeks.  I found 74 goalscorers finding the ne

I think we missed a trick there by not offered Imrie to Caley job. Opportunity missed in my view. Well done to him and Morton for getting through to the semis. They never let Motherwell play. Hope we can do the same with Hibs today. And yes, Oakley is on fire.

Marley Watkins for Kilmarnock, Jake Davidson for Hamilton, Nathan Austin for East Fife and Ethan Cairns for Banks O’Dee noted today.

Noted yesterday we’re Marley Watkins and Robbie Deas for Kilmarnock, Andrew Shinnie for Livingston, Jake Davidson for Hamilton, Nathan Austin for East Fife and Alex Fisher for Yeovil.

Ross Tokely was sent off for Nairn for what a Nairn fan has described as GBH.

Graeme Shinnie for Aberdeen, Cillian Sheridan for Queens Park and Nathan Austin who got two for East Fife.

In the Highland League, Calum MacLeod scored for Clach and Aaron Nicolson and Harry Hennem for Nairn.

Owain Tudur Jones was there commentating for Welsh TV and also appeared at half time on Alba.

I suppose it is best that Airdrie won, it would be a bit odd that a tournament that is Scottish with a bit of Welsh and Irish, got won by an English side!

Not scorers as such. Was torn where to go today and opted, happily, for Rob Roy at Broadwood (remember Broadwood?) v Cumbernauld Colts in the South Cup semi - 3-1 to the Roy.

Colts managed by David Proctor, assistant Darren Dods.

Marley Watkins for Kilmarnock and Kirk Broadfoot for Morton yesterday. More locally, Calum Mackay and Aaron Nicolson both scored for Nairn.

Nikolay Todorov for Airdrie, Logan Chalmers for Ayr, Coll Donaldson for Falkirk, Rory McAllister for Peterhead and Alex Fisher for Yeovil yesterday.

In the Highland League, two for Garry Wood for Banks O’Dee and one for Aiden Wilson for Inverurie. Daniel Hoban was one of three players sent off in stoppage time in the Banks O’Dee game.

Noted today were Marley Watkins for Kilmarnock, Logan Chalmers for Ayr, Jack Brown for Peterhead, both Sam Pearson and Alex Fisher for Yeovil, both Garry Wood and Ethan Cairns for Banks O’Dee, whilst Sam Nixon scored an own goal as Forres lost to Brechin.

Graeme Shinnie was sent off for Aberdeen. It must have been a bad one as this is how the BBC described it:

“Graeme Shinnie - that is very, very naughty.

Already on a yellow, he goes studs up on Malachi Boateng, nowhere near the ball. It's poor from the Dons skipper.”
