Bring back the ref from Luxembourg

Just said on Sky after checking the rule book the goal should have stood, as after the ball has been touched it does not have to leave the corner quadrent to be in play. You can also see beforehand Draper saying to the linesman he had already touched it, and then saying to Doran that he had already taken it. If the Linesman thought it was wrong he should have flagged at Doran's second touch.

I looked it up, you're both right. The rule says the ball has to be touched AND MOVE. Probably the linesman thought Draper's touch hasn't moved the ball. Will have to take another look at it.

and Osbourne 'pushed' his opponent after the ref awarded the free kick that led to the goal ... if the officials are so concerned with correct application of the rules ... where was his second yellow ?

Lets go and win this game, Osbourne probably 1 or 2 more fouls away from a second yellow.

Another goal chalked off. Ridiculous decision, should have been a penalty if the goal didn't stand because he had blown his whistle early, but never a foul on the keeper by Billy!

We are getting robbed by the ref and the Partick keeper, every corner he is conning the ref by grabbing one of our players and falling down like he is being fouled when its our player getting fouled. 4 times i've counted him doing it 

I just hope that this thief Collum burns alive on his way back home!!

Another game where the opposition were sharper and seemed hungrier for the win. Not a disaster. YET.

How on earth did we lose that?  OK , one shocking decision where it is clear that the officials didn't know the rules, and another where their keeper clearly 'bought' the free kick. But even taking these into account, we had enough pressure in the second half to win this game easily.

 

Only bright spot in a miserable afternoon was Watkins coming on and looking the part.  Surely he will start now, at least until Vincent is back.

If you mean Willie Collum ? then it was actually Euan Norris who was ref, and yes he was sh1t !

2 goals chalked off, one because the assistant referee doesn't know the rules and another that looked ridiculously soft for a foul on Scott Fox.

We should have seen the game out regardless but these two decisions have cost us dearly.
