I do hope Devine's decision to consider other options is not driven by comments from fans on this forum.  A small number of folk have been pretty harsh on him.  And in defending Raven against the appa

  • It seems to me that this is a tipping point for the club.  We are where we are (which is punching above our weight), but do we continue to develop and grow as a team and as a club or do we drop back t

  • Not sure Hughes encourages crossing, tbh. From what I've seen this season, he's much keener to play narrow and for the wider players to cut-in and retain possession rather than go on the outside and h

Quite encouraging actually when you see it like that. Definitely Draper Vincent and Foran but who else would we hope to re-sign? Who would be likely to be subject to a Hibs (or other) raid?

Draper signed a two year deal at the end of last season, did he not?

My fear is that watkins will go to hibs

You're correct - well, partly. It was a one year deal. Will update the chart accordingly!

But you were wholly wrong.

A fit Vincent and Tremarco would be the only ones i'd sign at the moment

I forgot! Id keep watkins

Yes I was. One small oversight in a database of 32 players - it's a fluid chart and will need constant updating, not necessarily by me.

What you got 'wholly wrong' was your insistence that Butcher was staying!

Too much time on photoshop I reckon, IHE, looking for the next cheap caption for your fan-club to salivate over.

I have just read in a report on BBC that Marsella is joining Butcher in Edinburgh

I wonder who he'll try and take next?  Duncan Shearer?  The away support?  Tommy the Groundsman?

Well, Mr Cameron, you know who you should offer contract extensions tomorrow! On the positive side, 9 out of the first 13 are signed beyond the end of the season.

That's easy to say after the event. You would have been revelling in your own perceived wisdom had Butcher failed to reach personal terms with Hibs and ended-up staying here with Inverness. I doubt we'd ever have heard the end of it...

However, did you not stake either £50 or £100 on Terry staying?! You set yourself up for a no-lose situation!....Yes, the genius wins, or...OMG I obviously wasn't being serious!

I wonder how many of our squad feel exactly the same way about Butcher and how he left as our ex chairman does.

There must be a bright side blowed if I can see it. Unless the new guys Dad owns an oil well

Will Jimmy Nichol be surplus at Hibs seems a decent No 2?

Nichol is a decent coach but I see him out of a job once again.

Even if Dean Brill is signed up until the end of next season I don't think Ryan Esson will follow Butcher & Co to Fester Road. TB and him never really hit it off.

Get Foran, Vincent, Tremarco and Watkins signed up asap in my reckoning. I can't see him having a go for any of the others personally.
