Yessss! Looking forward to this game!

Not to be underestimated. Their manager has received two consecutive MOMs. Good result for them against Clyde.

Happy with that. Dumfries p*ss up Friday night, Stranraer p*ss up all day Saturday. Booked up and canny wait.

Pleasing.  Already looked up train times last week in hope and anticipation that we'll get Stranraer :)

Revised 5th Round draw:

Stranraer  v  Inverness Caley Thistle

Rangers  v  Dunfermline Athletic

Forfar Athletic  v  St. Johnstone

Alloa Athletic  v  Dumbarton

Hibernian  v  Raith Rovers

Albion Rovers  v  Stenhousemuir

Celtic  v  Aberdeen

Dundee United  v  St. Mirren

Hopefully the Pars can do the business against The Rangers and we get a visit to East End Park in the next round. (Provided, of course, we can see off Stranraer.)

Or Forfar or Alloa or Stenhousemuir but destined to be Dumbarton.

I like the bridies at East End Park.

Auchinleck Talbot must be wondering what might have been!

In the 3rd round, they were at Stranraer and leading 2-1 with around 10 mins to go. They then got a penalty resulting in a sending-off with Stranraer down to 10 men.

If the Juniors had scored from the spot they'd have been 3-1 up against 10 men with only about 9 minutes to see out.

Of course, they missed it! Arguably would have been the best result for Junior football since their admission into the Scottish Cup if they'd pulled it off.

However, Stranraer notched the equaliser with literally (in it's true sense of the meaning) the last kick and escaped from Ayrshire in the replay with a narrow 3-2 win.

TopSix, Stephen's no longer do the catering at East End.  No more steak bridies.

They've scalped a couple of minnows though, can't remember their names

As Sneckboy said,  Auchinleck Talbot would have been their most difficult cup game this season, so far.   Should be goals in the game. In Stranraer's 7 cup games so far this season, 26 goals for and 21 against

In that case, I don't care who we get in the next round. (Provided, of course, we see off Stranraer.)

They rested their first team, fielded the under 13's no?

Is the Glasgow Central to Stranraer route a flat £21 off peak return with Scotrail, regardless of when it's booked?

King beastie why are you posting your ' pinups ' on this thread !

Taken just before they were planking on the luggage rack. ;-)

I would pin those two up.  String them up maybe...
