Golly -> Fish

Featured Replies

He'll do very well there IMO but that means we are short another defensive cover... we really need some replacements this window

Gollies best days for us are now behind him, at best he would be cover defender. I like his wholehearted style, last ditch defending aided by crunching tackles at it's best.

Have a good one Golly.

And Liam Keogh

Golly, I understand and hope it works out well for him.

Keogh, I find a strange as I thought he still had something to offer this season and beyond. Is he better recovering match fitness under our control or in the second division, not sure.

Danger of becoming a little threadbare?

Only loan moves - for now!

They are hoping that Keogh's deal will be a permanent move, but Golly on loan until the end of the season for now.  I don't think they would be keen to go anywhere else, but Pele was a very popular manager and I'm sure the guys will be happy to be working with them again.

I would not like to see Keogh depart permanently as, when fit, he can still cut the mustard at SPL level.

On loan at Peterhead until the end of the season might be of benifit to all three parties concerned.

I agree Kingsmills, but the P&J today suggests otherwise.

Golabek has signed for Peterhead, no word on Keogh yet though.

BBC says both Golly & Keogh have joined Peterhead

can he? i have never seen much from him to suggest he can cut it?

good luck to them both hope keogh gets back to fitness and comes back to us ready for next season

Don't think Keogh is coming back mate. I've heard the Golabek deal has stalled, but BBC have confirmed it...?

Is the high incidence of "Brain Farts" and the general speed of this site at present, in any way connected with the fact that no one's posted anything on here for about 3 hours?

:007: :007:

Yeah - Welcome back....

Not sure this is true but heard the deal to Peterhead had fallen through and Golly was now in talks with Livingston??  :017:

Interesting to see who this young player we are going to bring is now Keogh is offski

I read that we are interested in some young player on teletext as well...

Don Cowie is still only 23 or 24 isn't he? Think thats the obvious lazy journalism choice
