Ben Greenhalgh

Ben Greenhalgh is now on loan to stenhousemuir till may, i wonder if he will get a new contract or is he preparing for life after ICT.

He always seemed a solid enough player when he has played. Surprised he hasn't gone somewhere better than stenhousemuir (no offence)

Suspect life after ICT beckons. A TB signing who didn't quite make the grade to command a regular slot or impress me in his brief appearances.

I, think its the last we have seen of him too, seeing as we already have 10, of what I would call 1st choice midfield players, if you play shinnie in that area aswell its 11.

I think it's probably the beginning of the end for his tenure at ICT. He never broke into the 1st team and I suspect just didn't make the grade.

Signing freebies is always going to be a little hit or miss. And lets face it, if he wasn't good enough for Jose, he aint good enough for us.

Saw glimpses of what he could do but with Watkins, Doran, Ross and Williams all looking capable it would always be tricky. Plus with most first team players signed up guys like Greenhalgh will have to go to make way for fresh faces.

And lets face it, if he wasn't good enough for Jose, he aint good enough for us.

Best of luck to him though.

Reminded me a bit of Gil Blumenstein, lots of skill but didn't have a clue what to do with it.

I never thought he would make it at ICT.

He's done well with the limited chances he's been given. He definitely has all the attributes to develop into a very good SPL player. Hopefully he does well at Stenny and signs a new contract.

he has just scored for stenny

Not good enough for this level
