  1. Karma. After the game Saturday Lennon was jumping up and down with delight, patting himself on the back, glorifying his victory against us. He won the battle against us, but was Juanjoed last night.

  2. Plenty of clear chances to win the game and all of a sudden a couple of late subs cost us the 3 points? We battered them tonight and couldn't finish. Simple as, no need for histrionics or complaints about tactics. Can you tell me how many more clear chances we would have had with different tactics? Killie were very poor, Plan A was working again, however we couldn't effing SCORE. We were robbed tonight and I doubt SAF would have been able to influence what happened on the park. Still very frustrated but cat has been kicked, sulk is over and just hope we get our shooting boots back.

  3. Very disappointed after watching that. Chance after chance wasted. Fair play to the boys were are playing some nice football and along the ground. We are getting into tight space and making good chances for ourselves but we are missing them. What really annoys me is that when we get into space outside the box, we just fanny about with it - Just have a dig. That Killie goalkeeper was really dodgy at times and we should have pelted them on target. Need to take a leaf out of OTJ's book on long range shots! Terry's substitutions really baffle me at times. I personally think players that are on the bench need to come on far earlier in the game than the 80th minute. How the heck is Shane Sutherland (who is played out of position) supposed to make an impact in 4 minutes? Billy McKay was really struggling vs Sissoko. Personally with Shane's height, we could done with having him up front. The game should have been finished before the 80th minute and Killie didn't really deserve the point. We really need to get three points at Fir Park.

  4. February Wednesday 13th 2013 - Tulloch Caledonian Stadium - Bounce back time ? TB has asked for more ruthlessness, patience, cohesion and the need to get the ball in to the box and concentrate more on damaging other sides in the final third of the park. Spot on so lets put out a side that produces the goods. TB also states that we are capable of winning any of the next nine games - spot on again - but I suspect the other teams are feeling likewise. This is going to be a very tight finish and all the teams concerned are going to take points off each other. The next team that goes on a wee run - like the travellers just have - is going to be in poll position - so tonight really needs to be a confidence boosting win that keeps us embedded in second and should provide the bounce fer Muvversmell and the Jam Tarts. Lets keep the "boos" to the post match pub and forum discussions.

  5. What a sickener. Feels like a defeat to be honest. The fact is that we only have ourselves to blame for not winning. We created more than enough chances, even without playing particularly well. In front of goal we lacked composure. For the first time since September, our forwards look short of confidence in the box. For the umpteenth time, I was left perplexed by our subs. Devine looked completely at sea in midfield. He didn't look like he had ever played there before, and Killie just waltzed through the middle of the pitch after he came on. Their goal came because Sutherland failed to track their left back when he raced forward, and in the process left Raven hopelessly exposed against Dayton. All we needed at that point was a bit of extra energy on the park - bring on Pepper for crying out loud! The referee was hopeless as usual - how he failed to give a pen for a blatant foul on McKay by Sissoko is beyond me. Sending Shiels to the stand right at the end just seemed petty as well.

  7. Here's a stat for ya - in the last 2 seasons Nick Ross has scored in 5 games. We didn't win any of them.

  8. Butcher arguing with fans again. Really disappointing result considering how many chances we had. Gutted, truley gutted.

  13. A must win in the sense of a much needed confidence booster - 1-0 and a borefest would suffice - A must win in the sense of holding on to second spot and maintaining a potential drive to European places. Not exactly a must win fer Top Six. Feck it - lets just feckin win PLEASE.

  14. I'm glad Juve won. Now Celtic fans can shut up about winning the CL just because they beat Barcelona. Oh and if I remember right they were very very lucky to win.

  15. That's quite laughable, and a true sign that you are either havering or need a new "source". You'd be hard pushed to find a more likeable, pleasant young man...and given how many of them we have at the club right now, that's same something. Here's a challenge for you. Instead of using your expertise to rip the team, players, management and club apart....why not try using them to explain why we have done so well, to date, this season!!!

  17. Thought it was poor from the boy who booed Roberts, obviously felt he knew more about Roberts footballing ability than Arsène Wenger, Terry Butcher and me! three recognised expert in that field. Roberts is only 18 I think and I'm guessing from way south of the border, Inverness must have seemed like the other side of the world, How many of us would have settled quickly in London at 18 and been successful immediately. I know booing can be part of football, but surely not booing you're own without very good reason. It smacked to me of bullying on Saturday verbally attacking Roberts when he had no comeback. I was incensed by the action of that paying customer and immediately got to my feet to tell him to get up the other end with the away support and he did seem a bit taken aback at the reaction of me and other fans to his stupidity. But please when discussing this gentleman refrain from describing him as fat, overweight, chubby, obese, bit of a porker, lard a**, tubby, big boned, or bunteresqe as these terms could also be construed as verbal bullying. He was also a bit of a ginger (like me) glad no-one mentioned that., I could also do with loosing a few pounds. Any way onwards and upwards 2nd spot is fantastic this could be our best season ever. Get behind the team and lets get behind Roberts

  19. Why do people think I'm critisising the team? I'm criticising the bloody fans! Heres a rundown of last minute goals for and against us this season... i know this should be on another thread St Mirren 2-2 Inverness CT D.McGregor Goal 90+2' -2 points Hearts 2-2 Inverness CT 90+4' Goal C.Pepper +1 point Inverness CT 1-1 St Johnstone 90+2' Goal D.Robertson -2 points Inverness CT 1-1 Hearts 90' Penalty Goal M.Zaliukas (pen) -2 Points Dundee Utd 4-4 Inverness CT J.Daly (pen) Penalty Goal 90+3' -2 Points 4 points dropped at home through poor tactics and tired legs, 8 points overall, both are problems that should've been fixed. There's other games where we have won points and lost them in the final 10 minutes of matches but you can excuse that. Looking on the BBC, we've been in front in 8 of our 11 home games (Motherwell, Celtic and St Mirren) and only won 4 of them, do you think maybe the 11 men behind the ball to hang on tactic doesn't work?
