Boosting attendances
4 pointsYou know I've come to the conclusion that the club are doing almost everything they can to increase attendances already. I've come to accept we are a young club trying to grow its support. We already have the u12 free season tickets and free schools tickets. I would like this extended to u16s but I understand that this would cost the club money and they would need to replace this money if it were to happen. It's a long term project so must be given time. This suddenly has become an issue since we've been successful. It's as if we can't find anything else to discuss as everything on the pitch is good at the moment. Personally I think our core support is about 3000 very loyal folk who seem to attend regularly. Let's embrace that and move on.4 points

ICT v Partick Thistle Under-20s
2 pointsDon't forget this game on tonight at 18:00. Curtis Allen might get a run out and the rest of the fringe players too, pop along and give them a shout.2 points

The Loch Inn..... Barcelona
1 pointJust thought i'd post this message for all fellow ICT Fans This summer i had a lovely holiday in Barcelona ,did all the Tourist things & was delighted to stumble upon a friendly wee Scottish Bar .... The Loch Inn The Landlord ( Lawson ) is from Edinburgh (Celtic fan ) although in saying that ...he was full of admiration for ICT He asked me to send an ICT Scarf as he wants to hang it on the wall along with his collection If any ICT fan happens to be planning a trip over any time in the future , you will be treated to a dram on the house ... Just Quote my name .... Monica1 point

1 pointWe have a core support of maybe about 2000 which after near 20 years in existence is pretty poor IMHO .1 point

Dream ict team
1 pointGiven Johndo has left him out il go. Raven Raven raven raven raven Raven raven raven raven Raven Raven. Think I'd have raven playing a bit deeper with raven to protect the Centre halfs Of raven, and raven, given raven, raven, raven, and raven will be rampaging down the wings. The best part about this team is that all 11 players can play in each position equally well. Genius!1 point

Boosting attendances
1 pointIt might actually be better NOT to spread the word abut that since being live on TV is actally a disincentive to people to come and pay through the gate. Its an away match Charles. Its a free taster of what ICT have to offer, not the same as being at a live match for the first time but its a step in the right direction I'll have a word with your mate Tony Hall and see if he can give us a bit of extra coverage on BBC 1 Scotland prior to the game. Never mind the telly come and enjoy the real thing. The real caleyaway experience. I can recommend it!!1 point

Inverness CT -V- Hearts
1 pointNot sure one can say Butcher has assembled a full squad. ?? He certainly has a fine first 11. Not much on the bench though, unless somebody knows different? If we ge injuries or suspensions what can we do about it. The squad seems wafer thin to me. I am told rightly or wrongly that free transfers and loan players can be signed after the deadline if the club has room on the registration forms. We really ought to be looking for back ups. This is not a troll I am genuinly concerned with the bench. You're either a troll, or extremely stupid.1 point

Boosting attendances
1 pointLowering ticket prices. I know we have the cheapest tickets in the league, but still, they're not exactly 'cheap'! £15-20 adults £10 concessions Under 12 free That is not unreasonable and would benefit everyone!1 point

Let's talk about football
1 pointThe fact we only have 2 new players in the first 11 says a lot. There is consistency that we have not had for years. Add to that, Vincent being a far better player and a far more interested player than OTJ we are in a great place. Long may it continue.1 point

Should we build a fourth stand
1 pointNo, it's the strip of metalling right beside the firth, parallel to the road. Actually I'm not totally convinced that the club ever did fulfil the planning requirement about the cycle racks but I'd better not say any more since there may be some Council Jobsworth reading this! And I do take your point about the "parking malarky", given that the police have pledged to get tough on people parking harmlessly on the verge beside the road. In complete contrast, anyone attending Ness Bank Church on a Sunday morning can seemingly park anywhere they like actually ON the road and irrespective of the traffic chaos this causes along the Haugh and Castle Road.1 point

Fans in dangerous situation
1 pointIt's a ludicrous decision because you have hundreds if not thousands of football fans including ones that are inebriated crossing one of the busiest roads in the country As for your point that has clearly got you seething County had a higher average attendance than us last year and the novelty factor of SPL football would obviously make them have more season ticket holders. What's more with our dwindling numbers at home I can't see any different trend this season especially since we are doing so well. If you are so worked up on stats you please show me that we have more Season ticket holders than them if it keeps you happy Dougal1 point

Inverness CT -V- Hearts - Preview
Hearts young guns in town Top versus bottom on Saturday, but don't be fooled by this. With Hearts being penalised from the start of the season, they are in a slightly false position and are doing their damndest to steer clear of relegation. Give Hearts their fifteen points back and they would be level with Celtic and St Johnstone, so no place for complacency against the youthful Jambos. Ginger Jaggy has been looking into this fixture to produce this preview for you................ With four games gone Caley Thistle sit proudly on top of the SPFL Premiership table but face arguably the greatest threat to our unbeaten start this weekend. This Saturday will see a maroon invasion as the kids of Hearts try to continue Mission Impossible which is certainly right on track. From a deficit of -15 the Jambos after last week’s battling 2-1 win over a fancied Aberdeen team has the likes of St Mirren, Kilmarnock and County looking over their shoulders on -8. So far Terry has only used two of his new players and so the starting eleven has a very familiar look to it. Dean Brill has continued where Antonio Reguero left off and apart from 2 goals in Glasgow last week has looked unbeatable between the posts. Of course he has been helped by having a back four that flourished so well last season and keeping the structure of Raven, Warren, Meekings and Shinnie has reaped great dividends. Midfield is similar but everyone wondered how we would fare without Andy Shinnie, but he has been brilliantly replaced by James Vincent. Aaron Doran has become the main playmaker and he still creates goals just like he did last season but more importantly he has started getting goals to add to his vital contribution he brings to the team. But with more faces on the bench Terry has options this year giving us all a feeling that this season may just be even better than last season. Our opponents couldn’t be further from our cloud nine feeling as the distinct threat of losing the football club still looms very large. The fans have backed the club fantastically with sell outs against Aberdeen and Hibs while taking a large following to Perth and to Firhill against Partick. With the predicament they are in and an excellent gesture from our football club it looks like the away stand will look pretty full. The club has kindly offered to donate £5 for every ticket over the average attendance of 650 to the supporters fighting fund. It is a win/win situation with more hearts fans making money for their own cause but also adding to the home coffers with a larger attendance. In fact look out for some Watford supporting Caley Thistle fans in the home end to see how we roll up North. Everything seems to be against the capital side with a transfer embargo stopping them buying players until next summer (if they make it out of administration) meaning they can’t strengthen to fight relegation in January and of course have a -15 points disadvantage. But the clouds are parting with the Foundation of Hearts being given preferred bidder status and with that momentum the kids are going off like Usain Bolt in 100M race. Defeat to St Johnstone was tight but then wins over Hibs and Aberdeen plus a late equaliser at Partick has the gap now down to under 3 wins. So for fans expecting us to cash in on Hearts misery, we need to be wary of the wounded beast that makes Hearts more dangerous than ever. Usually I do a head to head comparison between the two teams but due to Hearts predicament it won’t come in to play with the squad being so different. Instead I will give you a brief fact file on some the kids. Hearts skipper is Danny Wilson who will be suspended after a strange outburst involving sheep in the tunnel last Saturday. So I expect the key trio will be Jamie Walker, Jason Holt and Callum Paterson who are excellent talents that will give the Jambos an attacking threat. Holt plays in the Andrew Shinnie role and is already being courted by Nottingham Forest. He can score goals and is the teams most creative asset playing between the lines. Jamie walker is an outstanding talent who has pace and trickery on the flanks and an eye for scoring wonder goals with two long range strikes already this season. Finally Callum Paterson may not be the most natural of forward players but his header against Hibs and the help he is receiving from club legend and former Inverness boss John Robertson means he can’t be underestimated. Along with Wilson, Kevin McHattie is also suspended and Ryan Stevenson is out long term. Mark Ridgers will deputise if Jamie MacDonald fails a fitness test. Inverness have one injury concern, Marley Watkins is out injured for a couple of weeks with an ankle injury. Apart from that, the continuity will carry on and Butcher should be fielding an unchanged side once more. I expect the three points to stay in the Highland capital on Saturday but it won’t be easy. Both clubs have momentum at the start of the season but Inverness being more experienced and with the very small and youthful Hearts squad being taken all the way by Raith in the league cup it may be difficult for them to recover properly. I predict a hard fought 2-0 win in the end with Foran and McKay netting the goals.1 point

Helping out Hearts
1 pointwhats wrong with some of you people? ICT & Hearts have always had a good relationship. Hearts have always been appreciative of ICT's efforts when commemorating the Hearts players who died in the wars and this is another gesture of that goodwill. If it fills the away end then whats the problem! More money in the ICT coffers for food & drink etc; more money in the pubs tills around the city, more hotel rooms booked etc etc This is why i hate football! All this negative BS.1 point
