  1. If the club didn't have a bar I would say you were on to something, we would need a fire resistant tent, permission from the council and a trading license, all a bit pricey. how about trying to utilise the existing bar a bit more frequently.

  2. Alex, I don't think its unreasonable for fans to want to have the strips in decent time before the start of the season, every other club can mange it but every season we have the same problem, why ?

  3. The world is coming closer to World War 3 and all you can do is yawn ? Will our new strip be released before ww3? :'(

  4. I was actually worried that the situation may have escalated given the previous stated fears of Alex mc cloud

  5. We seem to be laying the problem with Errea. Maybe, just maybe it could have something to do with our club. We must have known months ago what design we chose so why not get the "pilot kit" and invite advance orders? Other clubs do it so why don't we?

  6. Apart from suggesting that you familiarise yourself in more detail with the principles of conflict of interest, I am not going to burden this thread any more with what has become a private difference of opinion similar to our earlier one about the ICT Trust and related matters which, since your Damascene conversion, you now seem to make it your life's mission to defend to the death. Perhaps wise given the unpleasantly personal tone your private argument seems to have developed which is, at the very least, flirting with site rules on both sides.

  7. Both the charities have been named in post #6 . I know...but that's not what I asked. I'd like to support the ICT fans by donating to their chosen charity, so need to know which of those 2 it is. Very childish response both worthwhile charities and both should benefit equally in my opinion as a result of this event Take it you and caleyjagsforever are not involved in this event then? Dougal

  8. In my opinion the merger reminds me of ethnic cleansing. Without a shadow of doubt in my eyes anyway there was a deliberate process put in place to rid the old guard and install the new ICT have created a prawn sandwich support and only the youth coming through now can change that but it will take time, the club is still only 20years old Ok stadium location doesn't help but the atmosphere at the dump is up there with the worst in Scotland I fail to see how putting beer on tap is the answer but it might get some of these clowns to burst into song or chant so all suggestions are welcome Dougal

  9. Is it any wonder that we see so many kids and and adults too for that matter wearing the latest replica tops of the Old firm, Aberdeen and County in Inverness Ok it could be argued that there will always be an element of this but the club are doing themselves no favours whatsoever in this delay and it will effect sales or worse still make some kids by other teams kits.A one off delay I could accept but this is a recurring problem and needs addressed Dougal

  10. In light of wars in the middle east and planes being shot down over the Ukraine is this really such a big deal. New strips will come when they come and when that happens we can all choose to buy or not buy.

  11. Not a bad idea, even having a grass area instead of a smoking area may even bring back some of the stay aways. Indeed, though a grass smoking area may not increase the volume of support it might increase food and snack sales. but would we care about the footy??

    • Kelty Hearts Training Statement
What a farce we have become, a laughing stock: Did you hear the one about the footbal team from the Highlands of Scotland that want to train at Cowdenbeath? Unfortunately, unlike our board, this is not a joke. Our board are trying to rip our identity from the Highlands and replace it with shared training at Kelty Hearts. I kid you not, this is not a drill and the clowns that run our club appear to be delighted at this coup.

    • Relegation Statement
RELEGATION STATEMENT: This could have been said ten minutes after our defeat to Hamilton three days ago. So far, this is not the news that we on Caley Thistle Online wanted to hear. Pleased that we will still function as a club, disappointed that resignations have not been offered yet. Keeping fans waiting in silence for three days is unforgivable and relationships are drifting further apart than ever before. Silence is not the way forward, we deserve better as fans.

    • Inverness CT 2-3 (3-5) Hamilton - Play off final (relegation)
RELEGATED: Despite Inverness needing to get off the mark quickly, it was Accies that killed the tie inside the first fifteen minutes with strikes from Kevin O'Hara and Lewis Smith. Cammy Kerr reduced the leeway with a good strike from distance, but O'Hara struck again with a penalty before the break to diffuse the revival. We struggled to create anything of note and this reporter could not stomach any more and left the stadium. I'm told Alex Samuel pulled a goal back in stoppage time, but like the rest of the season it was too little too late.

    • Hamilton 2-1 Inverness CT - Play off final 1st Leg
A better showing from Inverness in the second half, especially with Lawal and Pepple on the park but it's Hamilton that take a one goal advantage up the A9 on Saturday. Lawal has been the standout performer in our last few games and surely he must start on Saturday. Pepple also did well, scored the goal, had an effort saved and got in a few balls across the box from tight positions.

Still, a shocker of a first half and we must be up for it from the start on Saturday.
