  1. If you look at the form over the past 10 games, we are exactly where we should be. There are 5 teams with worse record, and 6 teams better. Only team below us on better form are Partick, but still have St Johnstone ahead of us on a worse run. We have 6 games to the split, and even if the current form continues it should be enough, will be close anyway.
  2. The thing about Horner is that he actually isn't a right back at all, he's a central midfielder. It's no wonder he's getting roasted by better players in their natural position. The scariest thing though is Yogi seems to prefer him in there to Raven, who I don't even know if he has been offered a new deal yet or will be at all.
  3. How bad was that? Graham Alexander could have gone back to the dressing room after the game. Stripped of his kit. Folded it up and put it back in the poly bag. Would have been able to sell it in club shop and nobody would have known it had been worn.
  4. I am sure that if Yogi had been able to indentify a forward at a half reasonable cost the board would have backed him. That is their history but, when it comes to recruitment, the manager's contact book seems wafer thin.
  5. I noticed this was on Facebook if it's any help.
  6. Jim Calder would have cleared it
  7. So, we took 4 points from our last four games against Aberdeen (h), Celtic (a), Dundee (a) and Hearts (a) - I think that's pretty much what you might have expected? - you could even argue that 1 point away to Dundee might have been all we'd have got from these games. No need to panic yet. Top 6 is definitely still a possibility - the home games against Motherwell and Hamilton are crucial, followed by the away game at RC; with any luck DU's race will have been run by the time we play them too. Hearts (h) and St J (a) are our bonus (in-hand) matches. Looking at that fixture list, you have to think that we should get 7-10 points. 10 points would almost certainly be enough for top 6. Frankly, if we don't get at least 7 points, we deserve to go down.
  8. I know that he is a Hughes signing and thus a favourite of the manager but you only needed to watch the first half of the 2-2 match against Dundee United when he was torn to bits by very average players to appreciate that Horner is out of his depth at Premiership level. We are now, without doubt, at risk of at least dropping into the play off place. We have much better than Horner in squad. If Yogi persists with indulging with Horner that risk will only increase.
  9. Just back. We were okay for about 20-25 minutes then Hearts took control. We are far too negative away from home. Horner isn't good enough, well certainly not at right back.
  10. I have to say , thank goodness for County.
  11. And here was me thinking he's a massive Mr.
  12. Well Inverness Union, along with Crown, is where the Jags originated from! But it could have been worse. Yes Highland could have had their HQ in something like Union Street.... hang on a minute....
  13. if we do not win today our top 6 place is over for the season
  14. I know! You could write a book about all this.
  15. Given that the term "Thistle" appears to be reserved exclusively for a less successful club from Maryhill, they do seem to have narrowed their options on that one.
